Wow!. That is weird seeing it with rugby markings, and you can't see the slope so much from those photos. Very glad it's being put to good use though.

Could I just take a moment to thank the OP for posting genuinely useful information over the last couple of weeks? Your insight into the actual runnings of The Hive have been a welcome break from the speculative drivel posted on here by the majority of our 'fans'.

Are all the clubs costs coming out of gates reciepts,ie administrative costs, stadium hire,training ground hire and medical costs etc?.
I think your in a very good position if they are.

Admin costs, together with Marketing and match day costs in 2012 came to a tad over £1,000,000, whilst ticketing, season tickets and commercial (which I take as the shop bars and sponsors) came to £550,000....this accounts for 20% of the losses made that year.
Listy, the above is 100% factual!
I doubt that TK is taking any risk in 2014 and have heard that we are paying a fee for all the services you mention as well as giving up all the revenue streams.
