| Wake-field would have been better! Maybe DH setting fire to a funeral pyre of £50 notes. We just have to find some laughs out of this truly shambolic farce.

| realistically, the club is at absolute rock bottom. there are two home games left, possibly ever. one of these is on sky. the opportunity has to be taken for us to express our dissatisfaction with the way things have panned out this season and over the last few years- lets face it, other fans wouldn't stand for the level of failure we've had to put up with yet we do, we're pathetic on that front really.
im not condoning burning shirts (largely for H&S reasons!) but i think some form of protest is absolutely warranted.

The difference between us and them is that if their owner throws in the towel some other local business man will take over and try to make it work. We dont have that situation in London. When DH walks away its the end game and we all know it so we are reluctant to treat hi the same way.

you know what, I think I'd rather DH walk now and take the chance on finding a new investor with a real vision for the club and a cutthroat attitude to failure, and if we fail to find one and go under as a result, so be it. either way it's obvious that despite the money DH has put in the club is dying a slow and painful death anyway and there's no hope for reversing the downward spiral and changing the ingrained culture of failure without new leadership at the top of the chain.

| Remember the 'towel' protest, in the end only a couple of us did it! So this time it has to be good and well supported! This is not just about the Broncos, it could be the death of 30 odd years of RL in London. It should not go out with a whimper!

| No, but Barnét won't make much money, having another revenue stream would be ideal for Kleanthous, he's already looked to investing in RU.
Broncos 'potentially' could bring in more money than Barnét so would be a sound investment with a Chairman prepared to solve problems rather than let them fester.

Exactly. This is a bit trickier than just a "coach out" protest though, any ideas? I haven't got anything more original than a sign or banner with an "R.I.P. Broncos/London Rugby League" slogan attached, or how about "Bring back Ian Lenagan"?
Or maybe just encourage everyone to bring their own banners expressing their personal dissatisfactions, as I'm sure there are lots of different angles from which people are unhappy about things.

From one of the most famous protests of all time - against the screening of 'The Passion of St. Tibulus' on Craggy Island
'Down with this sort of thing!' (Careful now)

| Any chance they could play Roy Orbison singing 'It's Over' on the PA on Thursday night? Or better still Michael Caine's version from the film 'Little Voice'?

They play 'It's Over' occasionally at the Skolars when a try is converted. The Hawaii 5-0 theme flummoxed some when the Skolars hit 50 recently!
They could play 'End of the World' by Skeeter Davis!
A new banner ' Those about to die - salute you' . Would be great on TV.
