Gus TWICE promised me that he would post me 2 replica shirts. Either there is a nattily dressed NZ Post employee sporting both the home and away shirts from 2012, sans sponsors, or he forgot, despite saying he would send them TWICE.
I hope he reads this and is suitably ashamed for promising these items to me TWICE and makes good on his DOUBLE promise, but in reality, I doubt his budget for 2014 will run to a couple of Business Class flights to Blighty.

Bearing in mind what a poster on here has allready posted about the RFL using BT's broadcasting ambitions as a lever in their negotiations with Sky for the next RL broadcasting deal i am begining to wonder if the clubs game plan is to try and be competitive on as little money as DH can afford now in the hope that the new TV deal will make us financially viable. It is the competition in Oz that has got them their big money lets face it.

Hmmm....AFL and NRL are the 2 big players in OZ, RL/Union are nowhere near the top sport in the UK....not even on the same page.
As for becoming even more reliant on TV cash.....that is not a sustainable business model! FANS = revenue & sponsors = MORE FANS = more revenue and bigger sponsors.....

I've tried to ingrain this ' formula ' into the board at Leigh , but they seem to think the ' top tier ' of the stadium is their priority, and they want the existing fan base to entice back the ' stayaways ' and spread the word to new ones, no marketing budget or staff seems the way to go apparently, they are now appealing for ' voluntary positions ' to be filled
