| If I can take positives from this game its that we almost turned a 14 point deficit around, or to put it another way we didn't collapse after going more than 2 scores behind. And a hat trick from Big Karl.

Don't take this the wrong way but do you know the rule when the ref is allowed to stop the clock at a kck off after a try.

| red! it is mentioned when the clock can be stopped earlier in this thread so I think we know the rule! hey Bulls got the 2 points, its the RL fans joy to blame the refs but in reality its the blokes throwing the ball about the park that decide which way a game goes! Bad decisions balance themselves out.
Fwd passes are not that easy to call especially with this momentum stuff.
The TJ can only advise on afwd pass its down to the ref to decide if he wants to blow! if he does not blow the whistle then there was no forward pass! Pointless saying it was forward if the ref says no then nope it didnt happen you cant change it

What is the point of having O'Callaghan on the bench?'"
The answer was: So that Clubb could be moved into the pack.

| Melling went into the pack for a while then Clubb went in, both to accommodate O'C
The rotations yesterday were bizarre. Ward, Temata and Wilkes(started on the bench) repeatedly rotated. Thomas got one ten minute spell and Lamont a couple of short spells. O'C came on to replace backs to allow them to move into the forwards (Nick the Greek who started got injured).
The Bulls kept sending on big guys which took the gas out of us in the middle.
We still need a couple of big forwards to support the good work the 3 props are doing (Where is Ambler?) Ward is having a very good season and putting in long spells-probably to long

| Ambler is injured, Easty (said so on Twitter the other day).
Did you see that Danny Ward was the top no 10 of round 7 ? According to the Frontline index malarkey, anyway.
Maybe the expense of drinking in London is having a positive effect on him.

| Given we were going to release Wardy he has played his best rugby at Quins this year.

| The biggest waste of space yesterday was Lamont Bryan - he can't / wont tackle - he did not make any yards when he had the ball
I really don't know why we keep putting him the squad - we must be really hard up for forwards

Indeed he did. He had Chev Walker in his pocket all the game. Utterly and completely.
That was as good as I have ever seen Pryce play. Your coach has achieved something that Bulls, Pies and Bath could not.
We were crap for the first 37 minutes. Found every way possible to spill the ball. And a few impossible ways too. Then we had a purple patch when we finally got our act together, and totally hammered you. Look to Bulls academy products Donaldson, Addy and Burgess for the credit there. They were bloody great. Then we went back to being pants yet again. Five more mins and you would have stolen it back.
Had we played like we did in the middle of the game, you would have lost by a cricket score. However, we seem incapable of stringing more than a few good sets together at the moment. You guys blew it by giving away some dumb penalties, although Halibut did his best to get you back into it towards the end. But I liked the look of the side, and was impressed with the effort till the end. You surely need another big prop or two, despite the efforts of Ward and Temata? Why don't you go resign Mills from Leigh?

| We've suffered Mills before on 2 separate spells- Coach Powell seems to want dynamism (speed) in his team which is something Mac took out of the team-Ward, Wilkes, Purdo, Bailey do try to play the ball with a bit of speed. Mills doesnt offer that, in fact given his size he doesnt offer a great deal
LB is useless, I agree-He was like a turnstyle on his second spell-More annoying as we had them pegged back at one stage

| I think Ward has been excellent all season.
We need two more big forwards, thought more loans were on the way? Thought Mills was better second time around, but............................. Why did Burnett not play?
