| Quote: Torbreck "Well, we were nilled and other than Bienek stretching for the line we didn't look close to scoring. Utterly disappointing and the speed the Broncos have gone downhill since 2019 even more so. I watched until the end really just to see how many points Leigh could put on us. Luckily Workington lost by a single point to Dewsbury today so at least we aren't bottom.'"
Just to add to Torbreck’s match summary for those that didn’t get OURLEAGUE. 1st half Leigh scored every time they attacked. Second half they scored nearly every time they had the ball. That’s about right isn’t it T?

I think half our players might have been in the khazi bearing in mind how easily Leigh ploughed over our line.

Surely the pleasure of staring at 3 empty stands is an inducement?

| If you lot think you're miserable, try being an NZ based London Broncos fan......the warriors result last night was embarrassing in the extreme.
It may be time for Hughes to bell his advisor in chief, Jamie Soward to ask if there's any danger of unearthing another Joey Grima, because Coleman is assuredly making homesick Joey look like Wayne Bennett.
July 24th last year was the last time a team coached by Coleman won a game......and unfortunately West Wales aren't in our division.

Next year there'll be an Oyster Card Derby, but only one welsh side. I can see the Crusaders going up this year with Keighley....whilst we will get the joy of trying to bounce back in trips to Cumbria, Coventry, Cornwall and Llanelli and only now and then to sides on the M62.
If we lose this week we need to start planning for life in L1. This HAS to include a rethink on the home venue. A 10,000 seat stadium is an unnecessary luxury.....Old Deer Park would be a safe bet for life in the third tier.

It would probably be big enough but it is not an option. London Welsh can't play there once the cricket season starts. Richmond Athletic ground would probably be viable.

Here’s 2 things I think would be really stupid if we lose to Dewsbury. 1) not getting our L1 recruitment for 2023 moving but instead leaving it until the last moment. We’ve tried this recruitment model in 2021 and 2022 it didn’t work. 2) staying in and paying for a 9000 seater stadium.

Move us lock stock to Sunbury and rebrand as The Exiles RL with strong ties to Ireland RL?
London Broncos is a toxic brand with the stench of death following it wherever it goes. I can only see continued failure under the current ownership and management......but it would be possible for a well run Sporting Club to take it over and build it.

Hughes won’t do that as he has a London broncos number plate on his car.

Sadly the days of building up RL in London has long gone & Broncos are only toxic to those that have suffered the Hughes years. Most Londoners have never heard of them. As I have said many a time, the only value to London or RL in general is a successful Super League team however that comes about.

The Broncos brand isn’t toxic- Hughes ownership/ ‘management’ of the club is!
