Thanks for your suggestions cn maybe that is the case, if so then fine, all am asking is if anyone knows is it visa issue is what was agreed or is it a change of heart.
If he is coming in March then it's not the last one, and am not quite sure what sway the club have over hm govt immigration Sept so how a delay to visa is club cock up am not sure.

All smaller clubs/sports have problems with visa's for overseas players because they are only "automatic" for existing "Stars" with unblemished records. Israel, with the best will in the world is not an "established star" in our sport, let alone beyond our sport, so he will have to go through a lengthy process, thats just the way it is, now if we were signing Sonny Bill Williams, HIS visa would take about 48hrs. But, we're not, so it could take up to 6 months, before he receives it.

If you fail to punctuate it with a question mark then it can only be read as a statement not a question.
