Fully agree, but I think discussions are still going ahead to a complete buy out! and there was some talk of another interested party, but that has gone quiet over the past few days. It seems DH just wants to get out! and who would blame him, more so if he took any notice of some here on this forum, I am sure any Northern club would be glad of David if he still wants to be involved.

It would be interesting to see if this offer has been made to all those 10k "lapsed" season ticket holders or people who have shown a previous interest in LB? It would also be interesting to see how many of last year's season ticket holders have renewed this year which would give some indication to the strength of support for future direction of SL in london.

The move from ST's to membership will obviously confuse many people and make them hesitant. However the bottom line for many is the performance on the pitch. We've had 2 years of weekly 40+ thrashings. If we can't stop this haemoraging people will vote with their feet. Its supposed to be 'entertainment' you know. If the new signings get here and turn things round the hardcore fans will see it out but with P&R this season we can't wait too long.

There are players signed who are waiting for visa's. The club is still trying to sign 4/5 players. Who knows what impact they will all have. There may come a time when we will have to throw the towel in but not before we've actually kicked a ball yet. The day sport becomes a certainty we will all stop watching it
