| Apart from O'Callaghan and perhaps Dixon, the players in our 17 today are more than good enough to be turning out for side challenging for the last couple of playoff spots.

| The main problem with the Rams game is that we will probably win and give Powell a further stay of execution. Ahgrrr..............................................

| Quote: goonerrl "NO game is definite winnable as we have proved... not even this coming sunday..
read report which says we went close a few times and held our own for parts of match.. is this true ??? or rubbish.
score indicates they gave up / ran out of steam in last twenty minutes. is this so ??? if so this is the whole point, if they losing giving it a go against whoever its more acceptable and better advert for our team, 40 + losses are not...
watershed will be next sunday i would say. if we lose to Rams, people should be drawing their swords and falling on them in a figurative manner of speech only
For the first 12 minutes Leeds hardly got a touch of the ball but you didn't create any real opportunities from all that possession.
The game wasn't great too many errors.
How a poor Leeds team scored 50+ points shows how weak your team is.
Sorry but you asked.

"Some of our young players got exposed in the first half to make it 18-0, but we got ourselves back into it with tries from Kieran Dixon and Luke Dorn at the start of the second half to give us a chance before it all went wrong.
"I thought we were a lot better than the scoreline would have you believe but we have to believe in ourselves a bit more and hang in there.
"We were competitive but Leeds came up with some individual brilliance against our inexperienced players and exposed our weaknesses. There are still plenty of matches left so I haven't ruled out our chance of reaching the play-offs."
'"
Powell thinks we could still make the play offs !! Perhaps if he resigns !!

I know its been said alot of times before, "BUT WHAT PLANT IS HE ON, WHAT GAME WAS HE WATCHING"
I know i wasnt there to say that about the game, but from what i heard and have read so far he cant have been at the same game. How can you get beat by 50+ and still say you were in the game...

| Was a long-time ST holder until I moved to Scotland a couple of years ago. I've been getting so much grief from my RU loving friends recently (I brought several to the Magic weekends at Murrayfield) that I feel the need to add my voice to the calls for Rob Powell to go. His comments on the BBC web site after the drubbing by Leeds today show a level of naivety that is frightening. Surely the powers that be must see that he is completely out of his depth?

| On average over the last 3 years the team finishing 8th have achieved 26 points. So are we going to win 11 games from the remaining 16? Thats all remaining home games (7 including Wire, Wigan, Hull, Hull KR, Bradford, Widnes, Leeds), MM (Catalan) and 3 away games. We have not won away for over 12 months and todays result does not bode well.

| The trys are on the Leeds official site-Right side of the "defence" absolutely hammered. O'C cannot defend the air of the ground.

| Just watched it on the rhinos site. Ouch. Glad that after 12 months of losses Towel has noticed that the right side defence is leaky. This time next year for a solution?
