I suggest you write down the names of the Salford pack beside the names of the London pack......including bench players and tell me you can see anything other than a massacre!

I was hoping to catch the football scores. Any chance you could wait until 5 o clock?

I'm very disappointed Chase isn't playing as I was looking forward to giving him a detailed assessment of his world cup performance.

If we are beaten by less than 50 points it will prove that miracles do happen.

Rangi might yet play, he's determined to be fit enough but I just cant see Nobby risking him particularly when we have such strong cover in Theo Fages.

Maybe I'll just change the channel to Sky News if that's better?

I'll be genuinely pleased if we keep it within 20 points. Looking forward to the game though.

Having started last season with a pulled together squad including academy kids, most of us Salford fans expected to be spanked severely every game, but it didn't quite turn out like that..ok, we still ended up bottom of the pile, but I got to say, for me personally, I enjoyed the season greatly as there were loads of positives..

Granted, we knew that the Doc was going to deliver a bit of depth to our pack and things could only improve, but witnessing the likes of Theo Fages and the Walne brothers coming of age and living with SL pressure was heart warming to say the least.

I truly hope that no matter what happens at the end of this campaign, your club rebuilds for the future and is instrumental in promoting the great game in the north of London

I'm not saying we're going to win but people are vastly over-rating Salford IMO.

They scored three tries against Wakefield. Not like they're coming here on the back of a 60-10 scoreline.

Granted I don't know half of the names in their 19 man squad, but I can't see us getting hammered. We'll lose by 10-15.

I've just checked some of the stats from last week. We were the only side not to break 1000 meters gained over 8 minutes and we made more tackles than anyone else. Hock and Morley between them have more first grade games than our entire squad and they are about 8kgs a man HEAVIER than us up front.
What is of bigger concern is the number of Meters Salford's backs made last week. Their pack made 664, which was 190 less than Wakefield, but their backs still made 548 off the back of this "loss" ....there pack will not lose the battle up front this week.....god help us! Salford by plenty.
