| Quote: "I'm amazed to learn that the new season ticket arrangements hadn't been discussed with the supporters association. The club just seems to show a blatant disregard to fans who've stuck with the club through some very thin and challenging times.
'"
Why would they discuss this with fans. It is a business. We are fans but essentially we are end users of the business and do you know of any business who speaks to its users before they increase pricing Oh yes Mr Sainsbury called me the other day to say he had a price increase did I agree or not. Like it or not as much as we love RL and are sports fans we are end product users in a sports business. The directorship and board decide pricing and formats not us.

| I bought 2 x £99 tickets today. Had ST for years but gave up the last season at Barnet. Went a couple of times last year and enjoyed it.
£99 is a bargain.

| Hi,
I am thinking of getting a season ticket for 2017 to get my weekly RL fix - only had sky sports since moving to London and I need live! Which is best and which area is best to sit/stand in?
Thanks in advance!

| Difficult one to answer as the ground is a little unusual. If you live anywhere nearby I'd suggest visiting and looking around.
Most expensive season tickets cover the covered top tier. Usually sells out to season ticket holders so you may or may not be able to buy a ticket. View from the front couple of rows reputedly part obstructed by a handrail. The area is often home to a drum.
Mid price season ticket - uncovered lower tier seating in the stand. I'm dubious about this area as people often walk past and it is exposed to rain etc.
Cheapest ticket - uncovered seating one end, covered "temporary seating" the other end and flat standing elsewhere. Be aware that a fair chunk of the side opposite the stand is effectively no go for spectators due to match control buildings, coaching staff standing up and blocking the view etc.
Personally I buy general admission and just mooch round, where I go depends on the flow of the game.
Welcome to the slightly strange world of southern RL. There may not be many of us but we do love the sport and if you accept the limitations Trailfinders can be a pleasant enough place to crash out and watch some RL on a nice day.

| Forgot to mention I think the middle price ticket is unreserved seating next season. If so this may not be ideal if you plan on rocking up / out of the bar at 2.59. One to check if that may be an issue
The top price tickets have a reserved seat. The general admission seating is all unreserved but that will only be an issue if you are planning on bringing a thousand or so friends along tbh.

| Anybody who is not a season ticket holder got an email from the club lately? I don't seem to have heard anything from the club since about August. Will be buying a season ticket for the first time in years next season but find it odd that nobody from club is keen to advertise one to me.

Amanda contacted me about 4 /5 weeks ago ref renewal - I told her the price hike on my sons ST (£60 to £200+, 12 yo to 13 yo) priced me out. Radio silence since!! My expectation, reflect if this hike is reasonable. Maybe the view of this board it is, but for me no.

| PC get him a £99 ticket and stand him on the edge of the pitch with a pint of beer. Dad, boy mens time. Why does a kid need a seat, he needs a ball and a pair of trainers to practice his skills. He cant do that in the seats.
And he can happy slap the horses when they come around

Former ST holder here ( from the notorious leaked list), only contact I've had from the club was an apology from JL over an online order placed at the club shop that took an age to arrive. They must have my details from things like the occasional hospitality purchase - perhaps they're not bothered, an average gate of 600 or so is enough for them. Not expecting to be chased but I would have thought the club would have sent some form of communication out, they did last season. Perhaps all they're bothered about is selling the most expensive tickets. It's London Broncos, who knows what the club/ DH think?

You miss my point. If he is happily seated with friendly reliable faces like Big Al, Rammo, Ronnie, et al around him, I can feel happy doing all the aforementioned stuff !

I cant see Gold or upstairs seating being anywhere near as full as this year - leaving the option to sell available seats on match day to away fans and casual fans at £25+
