| As you like to do it I will pick each comment and respond. Historical data is like stats you can bend them to say what you want, the draw of rugby league in the south is fragile, of course flitting around from ground to ground is not going to help, I stand by my statement, when a team is losing it loses fans.
Mr Hughes nearly went! What happened?
Next year, what are this week's lottery numbers please as you can predict the future. I stopped getting premier sport because they stopped showing championship games, NRL I found dull to watch.if it's the super 8 you mean, well we will have to wait and see but I think interesting is more positive than no it won't.
Bully for you going up to aukland I bet it's still easier than the commute some London fans have done over the years, if warriors were getting spanked every game would you do it?
Are Wigan, saints, Leeds, Bradford the same team as in 2002 is rl the same, it's called change things happen people come and go we can't stop it.
yes we should learn from mistakes, but there is one vital thing here, we don't own the club, we don't have the ability to own the club so it's not us that have to learn from mistakes because apart from going or not going to games their is not a lot we can do about it, that's the same for nearly all clubs.
oops missed one, typing in capitals does not mean I read louder, and why use foul language
back on thread, good to see the website back up, just got to see if the shirts turn up, wonder if we will get a season launch event? We have the players, we have the venue.

| I believe Ian Ramsdale said there will be a season launch event somewhere.
Wouldn't surprise me if its at that new sponsor/partner in Watford but that's my guess.
People will come to watch us play the teams in the championship and keep coming back if the product on and off the pitch is good, it hasn't been for a long while but don't think being in the champs is a big turn off.
I bought mates before (circa 2007) and because they are used to seeing sold out football grounds, that watching a semi decent Quins RL team in a mostly empty stadium prompted them to ask me if we were in the championship then. They did come back for a while but then got fed up with it.
Can't wait to tell them we are winning and I'm the top 4 and bring them back again.

| You are correct mickyb I did and do attend when I can and for what it is worth, I would not have made all the games last year but would have been happy to have paid for a season ticket. What I find difficult is to justify payment to a third party for a membership I did not want or desire. As I said nothing as changed in my opinion from last year with regard to the membership scheme and have no desire to buy one for this coming season. If I am correct I remember Meliferra saying the membership was not favourable to Broncos fans but I cannot be bothered trawling through old posts. On a brighter note I trust this season on the pitch at least will be a big improvement and the right noises are been made for good campaign.

| Daft dad, I get what yr saying, but I think it's a bit of a perception thing, basically the way I see the membership is its a season ticket spread over 12 months if that's what you want, the fact it's still running during off season is pretty irrelevant. If season ticket is 150, if you pay 1 off 150 10 payments of 15 or 10 of 14 and 2 of 5 what does it matter.
I do think the actual issue that does need answering is, what is it gonna cost to watch em next year

You are right price is a key factor. Moving from the Stoop to the Hive was a big hike in prices especially for the youth which was another sore point last year. Bit worrying though if nothing has been said about next years prices given the fixture list is out.

They will be the same as 2013.
Not our problem though as we don't get a penny from it anyway...which means we will be dependent on SKY money and Hughes to stay afloat there after. This year's SKY money is considerably more than it will be in 2016 should we not gain promotion....so we will essentially be 100% beholding to David Hughes.
Brave new world....brave new world.

Is that true gutters? Presuming that you know that matchday monies will continue to go to Barnet FC, surely our relationship with Kleanthous will be influenced by the income he derives from our presence?

| For this season the rent for use of the Hive is ticket revenue. GF told us this wouldn't be the case as TK wouldn't honor the second year of the deal and Broncos are taking ticketing in house. We now know this to be untrue and this is the second year of a two year deal.

If Broncos charged you a season ticket and spent the money on renting the Hive you would pay it but because Broncos came to the Hive with no admin staff to run ticketing and so the Hive struck a deal to run it for them you refuse to pay it. Instead you pay more for your ticket every time you go.
Under 14s have been £1 per month and £1 per game for a while so I don't accept they are dearer unless you decide to pay on the door or want a reserved seat.
Price per game is a tricky one to calculated for next year as we don't know how many home games there will be. If it's the same as last year Bronco tickets will be slightly dearer, one more game it's about the same and so on.
I think the only ones who have a serious gripe are those aged 60-64 as they are not treated as concession when I believe they previously were.

WRONG!
Hughes has agreed with AK to cover the "marketing budget" that the RFL gave him to takes us in last year. This is OVER AND ABOVE the agreement regarding income from the gate etc.....this was renegotiated, which is what I said in the original "homeless" thread. The deal is still a turd for us, but it's a different turd to 2013's. AK/Hughes informed the RFL back in July that the "deal" done in 2013 was being renegotiated....it has been. I wasn't right, but you hang your hat on my freddie star ate my hamster headline like some form of comfort blanket. Why is that?
everything else points to you being AK trying to justify the arrangement which, if we don't go up in 2015 will see the clubs sole income being a couple of hundred grand of sky cash and whatever hughes wants to stump up.
Our centrally funded income last year (2014) was a total of 1.87 million......not including the marketing budget AK got from solly. If we get to but lose the million quid game it will be 200k.......that's a hefty drop in income, by any margin.
Brave new dawn.......

I didn't mention the marketing budget as I have no idea what has been agreed and for how much, I suspect neither do you or you would be ramming the figures down peoples throats. Especially as you are so willing to share every other figure you have in your possession.
The latest evidence points to Broncos doing their own marketing but I'm sure you will be willing to show evidence to the contrary if you have any.
So to repeat:
For this season the rent for use of the Hive is ticket revenue.
If it makes you happier to say there is a marketing budget (£????) and someone is spending it on marketing then fine I'll go along with that.

The issue here is youth were under 18 not under 14. Still make it expensive and people have the choice. Super league prices for Championship games. My pound will only go so far.

Lets do a comparison to a Championship team and see if you are right?
Leigh Centurions cheapest season ticket
North Stand - Adult £196
North Stand - Concession £140
North Stand - Under 16s £30.
London Broncos West stand Family
Adult £26*7 + 10 = £192
Concession £12*7 + 7.50 = £91.50
Under 14s £6 * 7 + 5 = £42
Leigh Dearest
West Stand- Adult £210
West Stand - Concession £160
West Stand - Under 16s £30.
Broncos west stand premium
Adult £29*7 + 10 = £213
Concession £15*7 + 7.50 = £112.50.
Under 14s £7.50 * 7 + 5 = £57.50
And Leigh have already announced that if they have more than 14 home games there will be an additional charge to season ticket holders. Of course there wll always be the contentious issue of the joining fee but members from last year wont be paying that this year.

The 2014 deal has been renegotiated for 2015. You can dress it any way you like, but the club informed the RFL back in July and were told that Blake Solly wouldn't be helping out this time .....any shortfall being made up by Hughes. I wasn't going to bother posting it because apparently such facts and figures are killing this board, but you did demand that I do it. The 500k is ALL SEASON and includes the 11 we know about and any 888 games we host.
As you rightly point out, we have a marketing and media person this year....that's different from 2014....also proving my point about renegotiation. Thanks.
