Very poor performance. A huge amount of dropped ball. Worrying tbh, I don't buy into this attitude that pre season friendlies mean nothing, they don't matter etc. The players on the field were giving it 100% and taking it seriously but just played incredibly badly.
On a plus side, Skolars should go well this season though, some handy players.

For quite some period of the second half we only had Krasniqi as a prop on the field. I believe Jason G was covering the other slot.
I found it strange Rob Thomas didn't get a run-Maybe he is injured

Excellent performance by the Skolars. Really hoping they will be competitive this year.
Thought it was a listless and toothless performance by the Broncos. Apart from Gower's jinks to put over Dorn, the tries were uninspired being just bigger more athletic full time professionals wearing down part timers. That won't be possible against a super League team.
The handling was abysmal and letting in three tries told a story. Skolars players seemed to be able to keep moving forward in the tackle, which is a worry.
I thought Clubb was good in the middle, Witt's place kicking excellent and a couple of the younger lads who came on showed a bit of spark.
Bizare to hear that the game was a success because it blew off the cobwebs. Wonder what the point of the Catalans game was then. Mind you the same person has called for the fans to be patient in today's LE so it doesn't look like he has any great hopes of early wins this season.
Must say I'm getting more and more concerned about what might happen Saturday.
