| Unless Hughes is broke there is no good reason as to why the Towel can't be put to use in a role more suited to his talents, or remove him from the club altogether citing poor performance for his dismissal.
I can only think that DH is sentimental about the Towel or he hasn't got the money to pay him off. Maybe we should do a Bradford and start a collection.

| Is Powell that bad of a coach that a new face would be able to turn us into a 'decent' team??
A lot of people, myself included were optimistic at the start of the season, but now statistically we have one of the worst sides in our history.
Is this just down to Powell's inability to coach and motivate the players? Or do we just have a poorer squad than we think?

| NO game is definite winnable as we have proved... not even this coming sunday..
read report which says we went close a few times and held our own for parts of match.. is this true ??? or rubbish.
score indicates they gave up / ran out of steam in last twenty minutes. is this so ??? if so this is the whole point, if they losing giving it a go against whoever its more acceptable and better advert for our team, 40 + losses are not...
watershed will be next sunday i would say. if we lose to Rams, people should be drawing their swords and falling on them in a figurative manner of speech only

| Apart from O'Callaghan and perhaps Dixon, the players in our 17 today are more than good enough to be turning out for side challenging for the last couple of playoff spots.

| The main problem with the Rams game is that we will probably win and give Powell a further stay of execution. Ahgrrr..............................................

For the first 12 minutes Leeds hardly got a touch of the ball but you didn't create any real opportunities from all that possession.
The game wasn't great too many errors.
How a poor Leeds team scored 50+ points shows how weak your team is.
Sorry but you asked.

| Quote London Broncos head coach Rob Powell="London Broncos head coach Rob Powell"
"Some of our young players got exposed in the first half to make it 18-0, but we got ourselves back into it with tries from Kieran Dixon and Luke Dorn at the start of the second half to give us a chance before it all went wrong.
"I thought we were a lot better than the scoreline would have you believe but we have to believe in ourselves a bit more and hang in there.
"We were competitive but Leeds came up with some individual brilliance against our inexperienced players and exposed our weaknesses. There are still plenty of matches left so I haven't ruled out our chance of reaching the play-offs."
'"
Powell thinks we could still make the play offs !! Perhaps if he resigns !!
