Keep the faith in Rodders. I saw enough of him last year in the NRL to think yesterday was a blip and he'll do a good job for us. I know why wq made the comparison with Nick the Greek but tbf, Nick's own fans were bagging him before he left Oz and glad to see him go, whereas that wasn't the case with Rodders.

Enjoyed watching Kaufusi yesterday. If only we had another one or two like him.

My biggest worry is when the starting props go off, we look too light without Kaufusi on the field, Especially if Clubb isn't on aswell.
Btw, who was the no. 4 and 7 that came on yesterday?

4 Mike Channing and 7 Oscar Thomas

Very poor performance. A huge amount of dropped ball. Worrying tbh, I don't buy into this attitude that pre season friendlies mean nothing, they don't matter etc. The players on the field were giving it 100% and taking it seriously but just played incredibly badly.

On a plus side, Skolars should go well this season though, some handy players.

For quite some period of the second half we only had Krasniqi as a prop on the field. I believe Jason G was covering the other slot.

I found it strange Rob Thomas didn't get a run-Maybe he is injured

Channing impressed me, looked solid out there, Thomas, not sure, looks a raw talent, lets see.

I've heard there is a very promissing young Centre who looks likely to make the grade. Is that Mike Channing? At 20 yrs old he can't be too far away.

Guess your right WQ as you seem to see quite a few of their games. Can't see his name listed on the club website as a player though?

Neither is Oscar Thomas who played on Friday or Urjan Dulopi (?) a talent at prop for U18s and 20s last year.

Been impressed with Oscar when I have seen him play, good footie brain as the Aussies would say.
