The mail room probably have a special pigeon hole for letters from NZ.

If the RFL wish to avoid Bradford Bulls II, they need to take a certain amount of control away from DH, who together with his cricketing CEO has pi55ed the first year of a 3 year licence up the wall byt keeping faith with a coach, who, once he was sacked, could have been replaced by me via SKYPE and the team would have upped their game......by delivering less fans year on year and blaming the residents who we've never asked to games for not coming to games and by scrambling around looking for yet another place to "start again" less than 12 months after the failed and pointless re-brand that was designed to cover up the crap that went on before.
Letter, Telephone call, email or f**king parcel bomb, somebody needs to take the bull by the horns (no pun intended...either of them)in London or the club will die.

No it doesn't, it shouts "Rugby League", which is what we are.

| I'm no longer that bothered what our colours are. We've chopped and changed that much we simply don't have "traditional" club colours, which I think is very sad. I won't buy any more replica shirts as you never know when they'll change to something totally different at the drop of a hat.
I liked the original Fulham kit, which obviously had its origins in Fulham FC's black & white colours. I liked the red/yellow/blue quarters of the mid-90's, which were briefly revived as the 2010 away shirt. I assume this pattern was chosen as we were sponsored by "Foster's" lager at the time and these were their corporate colours, but it looked so distinctive I felt it worked. There was absolutely no doubt who that team in red/yellow/blue quarters was. Someone mentioned earlier that the current black/turquoise was chosen to look different from other clubs, but it has all the hallmarks of somthing chosen by a marketing consultant, no doubt paid far too much to think of something anyone possessing a modicum of imagination could have come up with.
If we were going to have an essentially all black kit it would have made more sense to me to revert to the Fulham-style black with white/red chevron. If we wanted something brighter that would give us a clear identity (and was already associated with the first "Broncos" era) go back to the red/yellow/blue. Or have one as the home kit and the other as the away kit.

Once again I read a post of yours and find my neck hurting from nodding in agreement so much.
The current shirts are just a bit bland. They're not distinctive in any way - it doesn't strike me as though much thought was put into them at all, like the rest of the 're-brand'.
The Harlequins colours were distinctive, and in time I think we grew into them. My favourite shirt from that era is still the light blue/dark blue quartered away shirt from one of the earlier seasons.
Our incessant re-branding has rendered all kits, and any attempt to create a unique identity, utterly meaningless. Well done the club.

simpsons/017.jpg Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.:simpsons/017.jpg |

| Agree with Pingwing that the blue shirt was great.....think Kooga are the best shirts by far.
Sadly, RL seems to have ditched traditional rugby shirts and followed the NRL example of tight, shiny Soccer style shirts.....if only our supporters had the physique for tight, shiny shirts!
Whatever happens, please can they do away with the horrid half collar monstrosity...and no romper suits for our poor team who (frankly) have suffered quite enough with camp kits!
