| A defeat is never good. But this result is a lot better than a lot on here predicted.
Surprised parata was playing but good to see him on the score sheet. Sounds like conditions not good so bit of a leveller maybe.
But not the 50plus nilling, maybe there is a glimmer

What hogwash.
The game was played in cold, wet and muddy conditions which are always a leveller. Given the pitch was a quagmire for the TV game last week, it's hardly expert analysis.
No social media activity from the club......a club trying to build a new fan base is f¢€k*ng disgraceful.
Not sure what positives you'll read from mustard about this, but a cup defeat followed by York at home, barrow away and then the bulls at home points to a pretty quick descent into 4 pointers v the likes of Sheffield.

Maybe. And Parata with 2 tries is our top scorer. As he is the only player we recruited from the Championship May I, with the greatest respect, suggest to those who fund the club that going forward we bring no more Skolars or L1 players into the club but recruit from tried and tested Championship players or promising SL players who can’t get a start. It’s a false economy to spend on the ground and spend peanuts on everything else.

That ship has sailed.... yes we did better than expected tonight, but points make prizes, and after 4 games we have a big fat 0

| Losing by 18 points to Fev really seems like some kind of victory. (Or at least as close as we are going to get now.) I'm not knocking it; I'm really not: It's a better score by several orders of magnitude than I expected.
But on reflection I think: that's an attitude which shows just how far we've fallen, doesn't it?.

| Listen on the pitch Ok maybe we can survive but it’s gone 9 on match day.The whole whole raision d’etre of the club is the game whether it’s Friday, Saturday or Sunday and neither the website or the Twitter feed has the score of the match. I mean WTF. Let’s just give it a rest and reflect over the rest of the weekend on where we are.

David Hughes has not only destroyed the club, he compounded it with a lie at the seasons start with the statement written by monkey claiming he was fully supporting the club.
Empty promises and essentially the destruction of Semi-pro and pro RL in the capital is all he's delivered. Shameful
Monkey would not know the truth if it hit him on the end of the nose.

| Sunday lunchtime the club have retweeted a member of the public’s post on the Rovers match where he references the score. No actual post from the club itself
That’s really weak.

| London had a good dig yesterday. To be honest they didn't offer much in attack - the first London try came after Pickersgill dropped a kick on his own 20, and that was the only time in the first 70 minutes that London had a play-the-ball inside Featherstone's 40m.
However, London defended really well and didn't make it easy for Fev (other than twice missing touch from penalties), and the goal-line defence was impressive for much of the game. Certainly no shortage of team spirit there, just need a bit more creativity in attack.

A supporter since 1980 and I have been blocked on Twitter for bemoaning their lack of coverage. Well you know what London Broncos, you can do one!

Good to know, not that our official platforms are saying anything.
Similar picture against Haven and Halifax we defended well but do so for pretty much the whole game and eventually get worn down. Nothing much in attack: it appears many of our key creative positions are filled by promising players who arent quite there yet. Failing to find touch also happened against Haven- that’s pretty frustrating.

I've just read that
What the f$_& is wrong with the club?
Has Hughes walked?
I can only assume that monkey leaving is down to somebody refusing to pay rather than it falling on it's own sword. The ladies are begging for players at an open trial night. The cup game is getting no promotion. The kids zone/fanzone appears to be permanently closed. There's little in the way of professional output either on or off the park.
It's time for the club to open up.......every "old whiner" who gets banned for asking a reasonable question is another nail in the coffin of a toxic brand.
Hughes is like the bloke that went all in with Betamax (the day Netflix launched)

Is even Lobster full time at the club ? His LinkedIn suggests he is presently a hockey coach (Sheen and Barnes), owns a hockey stick business (Hoek Hockey) and has a sports consultancy (MMQJ Ltd). Perhaps these are all just sidelines though.
He could actually do with updating his page as it says as LB CEO "[iMy greatest achievement to date has been restructuring the club, after it was relegated from Super League in 2014, by moving the club to a single venue for training and playing as well as getting the junior teams on the same site.[/i"

Beyond pathetic. The club is alienating it's hardcore support and not investing in a new support. The end result is sadly inevitable.
