| We stick around in the (vain?) hope that we can do something about it. One day the Hughes era will come to an end and we really need to be taking action now to ensure that does not mean collapse. I am still convinced we can build a stable successful Broncos without the need for a sugar daddy; we just need a long term plan and we need to start working through it!

| Nkpom has got it right. The David Hughes era will come to an end and there needs to be a plan in place for when it does.
As the club are not all that good at planning, we should all be concerned.

Who is David Hughes? Sorry, I'm new! I remember a David that used to visit Daddy, but fail to recollect them calling each other "Sugar."
That smilie with the hat on looks like my kind of guy.
Yah!

cartoons/WB24.gif Life is pretty simple: You do stuff. Most fails. Some works. You do more of what works.:cartoons/WB24.gif |

| Quote: Essexrhino "The club always seems able to shoot itself in the foot at any given opportunity, especially disappointing after such a good season on the field. How hard would it have been to allow existing season ticket holders a time frame in which to book their existing seat for next season? We wouldn't have even noticed the 25 - 30% price hike for the Gold Season tickets. But no 'it's first come, first served'. Our seats had gone by the time we'd had chance to log on!
I'm amazed to learn that the new season ticket arrangements hadn't been discussed with the supporters association. The club just seems to show a blatant disregard to fans who've stuck with the club through some very thin and challenging times.
I'm not convinced they'll even be bothered whether or not we renew our season tickets 9still waiting for response to my last email sent 6 days ago), but if we do it will be the £99 ones.'"
Go on come and sit near us. You know Phil won't annoy you.

| Not this season, I was last season. To be fair to the club I have paid on the day all but once in the past two seasons so they have no idea I am still watching games. As it happens I probably will get a season ticket for 2017.

| With my experience of the club, I would not be too surprised if it turned out that they had deleted all the past season ticket holder information, when they moved from The Hive.

Why would they discuss this with fans. It is a business. We are fans but essentially we are end users of the business and do you know of any business who speaks to its users before they increase pricing Oh yes Mr Sainsbury called me the other day to say he had a price increase did I agree or not. Like it or not as much as we love RL and are sports fans we are end product users in a sports business. The directorship and board decide pricing and formats not us.

Wire Quin at work: |

| I bought 2 x £99 tickets today. Had ST for years but gave up the last season at Barnet. Went a couple of times last year and enjoyed it.
£99 is a bargain.

| Hi,
I am thinking of getting a season ticket for 2017 to get my weekly RL fix - only had sky sports since moving to London and I need live! Which is best and which area is best to sit/stand in?
Thanks in advance!

| Difficult one to answer as the ground is a little unusual. If you live anywhere nearby I'd suggest visiting and looking around.
Most expensive season tickets cover the covered top tier. Usually sells out to season ticket holders so you may or may not be able to buy a ticket. View from the front couple of rows reputedly part obstructed by a handrail. The area is often home to a drum.
Mid price season ticket - uncovered lower tier seating in the stand. I'm dubious about this area as people often walk past and it is exposed to rain etc.
Cheapest ticket - uncovered seating one end, covered "temporary seating" the other end and flat standing elsewhere. Be aware that a fair chunk of the side opposite the stand is effectively no go for spectators due to match control buildings, coaching staff standing up and blocking the view etc.
Personally I buy general admission and just mooch round, where I go depends on the flow of the game.
Welcome to the slightly strange world of southern RL. There may not be many of us but we do love the sport and if you accept the limitations Trailfinders can be a pleasant enough place to crash out and watch some RL on a nice day.

| Regarding the drum, this will be in the silver section in 2017. Just to let you now.

| Forgot to mention I think the middle price ticket is unreserved seating next season. If so this may not be ideal if you plan on rocking up / out of the bar at 2.59. One to check if that may be an issue
The top price tickets have a reserved seat. The general admission seating is all unreserved but that will only be an issue if you are planning on bringing a thousand or so friends along tbh.
