If SL didnt bring his issues to the attention of his employer then how can the employer support him.

If Longy was turning up late, not turning up, or smelling of booze etc and the employer doesnt know about the underlying issues then you can't hold LB accountable. I just felt it strange that LB made a statement about his release with a supporting line about why. What was the driver for that?

It's a bit worrying that he thinks he's dealt with it and nipped it in the bud. You don't get over depression and suicidal thoughts that quickly.

as for "my version" of reality, that's another way of actually saying MY OPINION isn't it?
My opinion in this matter is that the clubs statement was OTT when dealing with someone who is obviously in dire straits. If you disagree, then fine, but I say it doesn't paint the club in a good light to have fired someone who it then turns out is in need of medical help. He is displaying the classic symptoms of manic depression from what I can gather...Bipolar is the PC term used.
