As a Salford fan, I know how I felt twelve months ago. After a lifetime of supporting the club it was horrible. I sincerely hope there is light at the end of this tunnel for all London fans and that you emerge from administration in a stronger position.

Have you got any printed media or press release proof of this new edit from the RFL? I have checked and spoken this morning with several RL staff in media and clubs and they are not aware of this ruling.

There was always a possibility this would happen. That it has, is testament to both the incompetence of our management and the malaise at the RFL, unable to help bring us to a resolution sooner.

What is telling is the anger on twitter being vented by the remaining players. It is the first time we have seen such a tangible lack of faith in those running the club but it is clearly a feeling that has been festering for some time.

All we can go on is what the current chairman has told supporters, Andrew Glover and James Elston wanted to take the club into administration but the RFL advised that if this happened Trinity would be demoted, hence the club selling the better players for a total of £250k over the last two months to avoid it. Who knows whether London will get the same message?

But Wakey went into admin during the licencing process already, to do it again would have really took the biscuit, London last went into admin pre licencing in 2005

I suppose the operational rules will have to be updated to account for multiple administrations within a set period then. 2 strikes and you're out.

Offiah was asked about our situation...he hasn't got any updated info but said Tony Rea was positive when he spoke to him a couple of weeks back.

I know we like to have MO as a pantomime villain on here, but he did speak up for the club and the importance of having a SL club in the capital.

Such a sad situation we find ourselves in when ,at last,our youth programme has produced results and flourished (and on the eve of the biggest RL event in London for years).
