| Thought there was great number of Saints fans at the game, great support for a struggling side. Well done!

| The team woke up after we conceded a try and their player got injured scoring, Saints fans chanting 'Gower is a w......er' think helped his motivation. Fisher was excellent, quick play the balls and great tackling. Defended well again but need a few more ideas in attack close too the line. Kicking game good and Witt kicked well. Great day

| Entertaining game all round with some very good defensive play by broncos. Bit more method in attack and things can only get more competitive for us.

You are refering to Mendeika? I wonder what country he comes from?
London Broncos is the only club with two Albanians in the team. That must be a record historically. I think it brings good luck to the team.
Meanwhile the team needs to think about thumping Hull at Hull and climbing the ladder to achieve its rightful place in the playoffs. However I will be more confident of that happening if O'Callaghan isn't in the team, and Channing, Colbon and Clubb are.

| So much publicity about "poor Saints" missing so many players. Well, three of them are self-inflicted through suspensions, another one Gaskell is missing by choice because they swapped him for Howarth who made a couple of dreadful passes late on. And I read somewhere that we only had 17 fit (not sure if that's true because our club doesn't keep us informed).
And it was funny to see Hohaia (sp?) having one of his usual brain farts and passing to Sargy about 15m from our try line, resulting in a try for us a couple of tackles later.

He never does. He's secure for three years.
Good win for London. Glad you have enjoyed a home league win at last, although obviously I would rather it not have been at our expense!

The problem is Saints had it too good for too long! and now supporters are really feeling sorry for themselves, they don't seem to realise as you point out how other teams have to live most of the time! Would love to have seen the face of McManus he did not look too happy last week at Hull KR.
It was annoying listening to the coverage on BBC Five Live Sports Xtra at the Etihad in Manchester, it is wrong when they put on amateur presenters such as the one from BBC Radio Merseyside, but even worse still when the co-commentator is someone from the St Helens Club who is such a die hard he would never see anything if it hit him in the face other than Saints!

Rooney is employed by the BBC and therefore is not amateur. Mike Appleton is indeed the Saints media manager but I thought he did a good job given that he had an uncomfortable tightrope to walk. Employed by the Saints, he wouldn't have been able to criticise the Saints in the way that a neutral could do. The problem lay with 5Live deciding to use Radio Merseyside's coverage rather than cover the game themselves as obviously Radio Merseyside is going to be biased towards Saints, who are after all your home town team.
London won. Why moan?

I moan because Rooney like French are amateur! & they do the image of the game of RL no good! I do not doubt Alan Rooney's commitment, but I stand by they are amateur. When the game was being broadcast on national radio, it should have at least been considered to have someone neutral and informed BBC Radio Merseyside of this, there must have been journalists at the game.
Yes we did win! so no way am I moaning about that, just a shame I was at the West Ham game, not seen enough matches when we have beaten or drawn with!

| Great game, well worth the even longer than usual journey into London (cheers South Eastern) even if we hadn't won.
Nothing flashy just solid rugby league. Attack with a deep line, work hard in defence, no silly errors, 100% effort for the full 80 minutes- simples.
Can't really fault any of the individual performances for once, certainly didn't notice anyone have a shocker. Gower played as well as I've seen him for us, Witt pretty lively. Forwards all solid, Bailey especially I thought was outstanding in defence, noticed him make big tackles a few times and straight up to make another from the marker. Seeing some improvements come into Dixon's game the last couple of weeks as well, better under the high ball and in defence.
Good to see Sts fans down in number and appreciating their depleted team's efforts yesterday at the final whistle, was half expecting them to be a bit more hostile given their recent run of results and given some of the comments from their threads on here.
Bring on Hull Friday, it's winnable if we play sensible rugby for 80 minutes again for sure.

| I don't want to get too carried away about a win against a severely under-strength Saints side but it was a pleasing performance certainly. Witt was excellent - tackled really well, which was noticeable. We certainly didn't look anywhere near as defensively porous and didn't make the same level of errors as in previous games.
As it is, it's just nice to finally chalk up a home win.
