Apparently the lack of people on here is down to my continued posting about attendances.........you have my vote via PM, the hoardes that used to post here are sick of my marketing posts.......they all post on FB/twitter.......that's all 5,000 of them , although only 5% of them attend games!

to be fair, there would be a Players' Player award nominated for each week, whatever the score. It is to recognise who the team thought did well... irrelevant of the scoreline or position on table.

So why not reward the player who the public think played the best over a season?

Well, there aren't a lot of us here are there? I'd suggest that if you don't get whatever you think is a fair number of votes, you don't make an award this year.

Maybe you could get the club to send out voting info with season ticket renewal info (whenever they manage to do that) and then make the award at the start of next season? You should get a bigger and more representative response that way. It would also give you time to sort out the trophy.
