I'm a happy camper And to REALLY upset gutters (as I'm in a good mood), in last week's programmes North Wales Crusaders had a picture of their next season's kit.

A superb showing last night, hard to add on from what the others have said but Howell was outstanding!

Had to settle for watching on the box but blimey what a belter, Gower was magnificant last night, hope he didnt pick up a knock from the late hit hence taken off later.

Howell was superb last night, I have been saying it for a while that he is the definition of a confidence player. He was running some brilliant lines and was a tower of strength in defence.

I also thought Caro had a reasonable game apart from a couple of silly errors. The Gower knock on where the ball seemed to just slip out of his hands was very amusing. Even Bryant played well and I have been quick to question his ability in the past.

I haven't had a chance to watch the game back yet, but can anyone explain those two penalty attack decisions by Hicks? I couldn't see the screen all that well and both baffled me.

The one in the corner where I think it was Williams sliding in to score, I'm not sure also but think Robertson went in with his knees so fair enough if so.

The Warrington team was a weakened one, but not in personel, just in mind.

U-18s result from Wilderspool this afternoon:
Warrington Wolves 18 London Broncos 20.

Obviously Wire must have had a weakened team.

The first one (can't remember the players involved) was for a tackle without the ball on the Wire player sliding in to ground the ball before it was knocked dead. It could have even been given a penalty try.

It was Hill tackled by Randall. One of the commentators said that Randall had no choice, couldn't see the ball so had to make the tackle. Doesn't make it legal but makes it justified.

What a great performance that was by London. It's about time your team produced to its capability but I guess you needed a capable coach first to achieve that.

However ...

I am no longer looking forward to welcoming the Broncos to Langtree Park. The performance and results by London recently leaves me feeling somewhat nervous for two weeks' time.

If its any consolation I doubt many of our supporters are looking forward to their annual visit to St Helens either.
