I think the point is being missed here. If you enjoy something it is worth it. If you dont want to do it dont there is a cheaper option as pointed out by Lister. No one is being fleeced, you know what you get when you pay for it, and no Lister not all of us are cash rich but I prefer to put money into the club with hospitality, some prefer replica shirts and others a good beer in the bar. It's horses for courses but because someone doesnt like it, or thinks its expensive doesn,t make it wrong. I hate beer and burgers and unallocated seats but that doesn't make it wrong. If the service is wanted then the club should provide it. At the moment there are options and one of the things the club is getting right. There are major things wrong in the club so however small a part this is lets give credit where credit is due. Personally I would like to see the £10 meal deal being reinstated which was great for home and away fans being reinstated - I think the club were wrong to remove that option
The club have got a number of major things wrong this season and there is a feeling of abject chaos and misery. However the hsopitality is one small thing in the right direction. It is not fleecing people when they know what they are paying for. I am not made of money but I prefer to sit in a comfy seat and eat a meal I haven't had to cook or think about making a meal when I get home. That suits me, that's my choice. Others may well prefer the cheaper option and burgers and beer, that is entirely their decision. Neither is right and neither is wrong it is called choice and that is what is being offered therefore just for once lets give the club a bit of credit. I would also love to see the £10 meal deal reinstated, that was very popular with both home and away fans and extremely good value for money and with three options surely that would be the ultimate choice.
