| I thought the point of this offer was trying to entice Union supporters? It ended up being a free for all. Hull fans were using them too.

"That wasn't a kick, the was a pass with his foot!" Brian Noble making Andrew Voss lose sleep: |

Yeh that amazed me too, just before the super rugby fanzine I saw a tout saying "tickets for today's SL match" and noticed it was for our match. I thought he was just going to be trying to dupe unknowing union fans, as they could have come to the turnstile, paid £10 half of which going to charity!
One thing I didn't think id see for a long time was a tout at our games!
Who on here thought we saw a close and entertaining game at the stoop on Sunday, and who thought we watched a poor standard of rugby with (bar 20 minutes or so) no one wanting to win the game?
Particularly interested in the views of neutrals or newbys if any are on here?

How so - you had to show your Crusaders Sharks ticket to get a £10 ticket for our game.

I'm fairly sure just producing that leaflet at the ticket office got you in for £10. Could be wrong though.

| do quins fans think that the stoop and the brand of harlequins is the future for your club and a london super league franchise as it seems crowds are just getting worse and not progressing, now im not having a go coz i really want a london team to be successfull and get the big crowds but surley these crowds must be very concerning for the future of the club.
and well done quins on a good youth system and bringing through some really good young players now and having less overseas players then most so well done

| As a Quins regular with a South African background I was quite surprised myself with the number of Sharks/Boks supporters at the Hull game. Just a shame we threw the game away. Must admit I thought I'd see many more Kiwi's at the Stoop than I did!

Buying my ticket, there was a couple of Shark's fans in front of me who were asked to produce their Twickenham tickets

Personally I'm less convinced now than I was five years ago, purely for that reason. But the only better option for "London RL" would be to have "our own ground" in which we are the sole ball sports club and have a secure favourable lease of some sort. Going back to squatting at football grounds or utilising track & field grounds is not the answer. The Stoop itself is ideal for Superleague rugby, but it might be better for us if it was in a different part of London.

[sizeIf Harlequins RL had employed me in 2006 as marketing manager then we would be averaging 6,000 fans a game and that's a FACT![/size
...well, it's no less b0ll0x than that spouted by our last 2 CEO's and our last Marketing Manager
....I know it seems like it's all for nothing, but to walk away AGAIN would be pointless until they've spent some money at least trying to get fans.

Clearly it isn't a fact as we know it didn't happen. It could, however, be a fact the GF's CV was thrown in the bin
