I'm glad it's not just me that feels this way. I mean, I liked Wellsy as a player and he comes across very well in his tv punditry role, but some people seem to see him as a kind of rugby version of Stephen Fry who could effortlessly turn his hand to any technically demanding rugby league role from coaching to being a chief executive, even though his ability in these fields has never remotely been tried or tested. |

Don't think so.
1. I remember seeing Dennis Betts cuddling Dennis Moran at GP before signing him for Wigan and then trying to use him as an Adrian Lam replacement which he never was and never would be.
2. Betts must be well out of touch with RL now. If he wants to get back in he'll have to start with an assistant job. |
