Freesat Channel 718
I think you'll have to be in the "region" to get the service.
I guess you're in Lambeth. So you'll be ok.

So if you miss the programmes, they'll be on the BBC's iplayer and available as a download - for 7 days.
You can subscribe for free at: www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/lrl
If you do, they'll be automatically downloaded to itunes, or whatever device you use. Or you can just visit there, to download it, or listen.
I'm trying to encourage more response from amateur clubs in London and the south too, so if you know of any people involved with clubs who may want their club to be part of it then please copy this message to them.
