1649_1338292262.jpg I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

| It concerns me that may give us the lowest attendance ever in Super League, we seem to be digging a hole! why was it not just postponed? - Just hope that over the next few days they flog the match in the local area even if at £1 a ticket!
I let myself in for stick on the Saints forum after their 5,300 attendance last weekend against Salford, when Wigan got 11,900 and Warrington 9,700, someone came back with at least 5,300 was Three Times more than one other Super League Club gets!
This match is not going to be a disaster for our club but Super League!

David Hughes - The Gerald Ratner of Rugby League? Discuss. Or not as the case may be.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_66844.jpg |

| You really couldn't make this stuff up.
What's worse is that press release looks like it was written to pat the club on the back.
When really everyone concerned should be hanging their heads in shame.

Par for the course though isnt it ?
As has been rightly said this would have eased our Easter programme.
Theye are obviously concerned we are going to get to Wembley leaving
us short of a weekend or two to rearrange this.
Much better to play 3 games in nine days and do everybody else a favour
instead of ourselves.

| If the landlords say no go there is not a lot you can do other than postpone and risk congestion on the march to Wembley. Must have been a mare trying to find somewhere else. Whilst it ain't a great ground by all accounts the train from Waterloo is at the most 10 mins longer and there isn't so far to walk as at the Stoop.
So pretty ty day in the annals of the club but let's make the most of it.

| Might Harlequins have paid us to move it? Esher is where they play their reserve games, I believe, so they probably facilitated it.

| What an embarrassingly run club. Just like Tesco, the Super League and RFL needs to can the Broncos.

| Maybe the RFL forced the club to play at Esher ground as they ok'd the decision for the game to be played there. We will never know because the truth is never given, we are told only what they want us to hear. I will be there as it is an easy journey for me and if traveillng from London get off at Hersham station and it is a 5 min walk. Lets not rubbish Esher, they are a small club who actually own their own ground and are good enough to let us play there at such short notice. Like it or not.

| I just wonder how many people will turn up at The Stoop expecting the game only to be turned away to a mickey mouse ground.

Could be, I'd never seen the Stoop pitch looking that bad.

| The club are excelling itself with this crackpot move. I'm surprised the RFL would sanction it. BTW floodlights at Esher are terrible.

And as someone else has said, why not postpone - we hardly have a home game in July/August?
i really do despair how the club is being run. just as the team seem to be starting to play as well.
very sad and totally inexplicable
