I see you don’t subscribe to the same squad, same shirt theory!

I was pretty sure if we struggled to get a manufacturer on board we'd end up using the yellow & blue poo for this season. Just hope sanity returns & we play in black, but with Hughes & Co anything is possible.

Yellow and blue was supposed to be for one season only. It obviously didn't draw in the footie fans so must be binned in favour of a proper Broncos shirt.

I think the shirt should have a giant horse’s head on the front and it’s ar#e on the back. I also think we should redo the logo. I have some crayons I can loan the club and I’ll get busy putting together a half ar#ed mission statement. I have it on good authority this has brought in good sponsorship deals for a north west based club. Could work for us.

You may well be able to loan crayons to the club. But do the the club have a small child available to do the logo design? And another one to authorise it?

As for the mission statement: isn't David H really likes horses enough?

Bound to be some teething problems Benny but I’m confident that by the mid way point of the season we’ll be where we should have been at the start.

Actually if the current fad is for the shirts to replicate what the owner likes I understand he’s a broker so why don’t we have a photo of a wad of cash on front and back. Not only would this attract the City but we’d probably get plenty of coverage from the media for our wacky design and as Leigh have shown no publicity is bad publicity. This is a runner. I’m in.

Maybe throw in a name change to the London Loadsamoney.

Not for the first time the fans have come up with the sensible solution staring the club in the face. This is a winner.
Now for another solution. If the club want to do well next season and not be stuck at the foot of the table playing poorly and haemorrhaging fans - buy some players like every other team in the league. Job done.

The first team page on the website is instructive. 20 odd players but it looks thin. To to put it another way there is only so big the squad can be so slightly worried as yet again it is front ended with a lot of players with minimal Championship experience. I see that Latu is in so he must have been on a 2. Which, with due respect, is slightly suprising.

this is not a squad going to challenge for the playoff's I feel....

Let’s see what our final squad looks like but I’m afraid I do know what you mean. I think it’s possible we could but it looks a pretty tight league to me:not too many weak sides. Need to hit the ground running this season not serve up poor performances early doors.
It’s not obvious that the squad, to date, is stronger than last season so we appear to be banking on them playing more fluently because they all know each other. I think there is something in that but a few recruits would help. On the plus side we seem to have left Skolars to try and develop a squad without us poaching everybody.
