It is what it is. Good luck to him. He’d clearly be a step up for us although not sure it would greatly reduce our defensive frailties. The truth is though that there are other positions where a returning Bronco would be much more of a priority at this stage of the season. Maybe they will come, maybe they won’t. Odds on they will come (along with a full time coach) but a little too late to avoid relegation. We’ll see.

Not so much failed as "can't/won't tackle. I have the same issue with my 7yr old boy at the moment, although in his defence he is only 7. When a winger doesn't tackle it weakens that entire side....Jamie O'Callaghan springs to mind.....

Injured players should be put to use on match day in the shop, on the concourse, in the lounge etc.....they'll be on sick pay and should put in the shift regardless......buck and dusty outfits

Whitehaven see the benefit of spending a bit to dodge the Relegation battle. Corentin Le Cam and César Rougé are signed up for the next 3 games from France whilst Luke Broadbent leaves Warrington for Cumbria for the remainder of 2022. Broadbent was at Workington earlier in the season, so Wire see the benefit of keeping him and loaning him...the two from France come off the back of another good Elite 1 season and Le Cam has played for the dragons once. York, Batley and Barrow on the menu for Haven before they face Fev and Leigh...if they remain winless in the next 5, then they have to be the target we aim for
