Yes the best way to make a difference is to post on every single thread on some fans forum on the internet about how badly the club's run. That'll sort the problem out. Nice one.

My musings on the internet are the least of the clubs problems, but your belief that I have any influence shows how keen certain posters are to find a scapegoat for the poor management of the club.
The RFL should have thrown 3 million a year at the club and let them pick as many aussies as they wanted for the first 20 years, but they didn't and they are in part to blame for the "failure" of the London franchise, but the fiasco that has unfolded over the last 5 years is entirely down to the management (or lack of it) at the club.

The thoughts of a Keyboard warrior 12,000 miles away are hardly headline news, but the sponsor from 2013 asking to see a business/marketing plan before making a decision on 2014 and the club not having one is....well, it is if you actually care about what is happening at the club.

I see Barnet attracted another 1,500 gate at the weekend. If we can tempt 50% of them to come and have a look (2 more home games before Salford come to town...Barnet FC are away in Wrexham that day), I suspect we may see a crowd of 3,500 or so.

As Tony Rea said at the open day, one of the keys to this "partnership" (it's not a normal tenancy apparently....) is to get people to come and watch games. Well, let's hope that TK keeps up his end of the bargain and promotes the crap out of the season opener.

Another question. You say you are a supporter. How do you support the club exactly?

1. I post musings about the club and over the last 5 years or so, specifically about how badly it has been run. Am I wrong?
2. I don't post opinions regarding other posters musings or in your case, effectively stalk another poster. I don't care for your "we nearly signed" updates or the abject apologetic nature and your defence of the indefensible, but I don't stalk your every 'ISSUE" of non-news.
3. I purchase (where possible) goods from the club. Alas, due to the poor selection of replica gear supplier (see post 1.), this hasn't been possible under the guise of the London Broncos V.2 (although windy one did post me 2 "we're back T-shirts) in Late 2011.
4. Dally Messenger and Eels fan (see my sig) were idiots who posted inflammatory rubbish designed to illicit responses by which they could brand other posters trolls. Both were banished to the toilet that is LU along with others including EA, who has managed to get himself banned there as well for berating anyone who dared question how fallible and badly run the game is. Compare me with them if you wish, but I post facts (or educated guesses that are 90% accurate). Just because they are doom and gloom and not flowers in the garden doesn't make them any less relevant.
5. BTW, I am still posting here whilst the troll hunters you mention above are not.....you think about that for a while.
6. Rupe1 was an idiot who declared Quins would be the death of us (they weren't) and briefly came back when London Broncos V.2 were announced and said we'd see the fans flock back.....QED, he was an idiot!
7. This thread is all about Barnet mentioning London Broncos at half time in a push to get their soccer fans to come and check out the egg chasers. History has shown that reliance on soccer fans at Brentford and Charlton, as well as Union fans at the Stoop is a flawed marketing strategy, so the management go right on and do it again and yet rather than discuss this, you question "how I support the club".

I have supported the club passionately since 2002. I have done loads of things that other volunteers have done, pushed some issues to the parliamentary group (SKY shifting the game KO in France), organised and filled coaches to away games and generally done everything in my limited powers to help the club grow. In that time I have also met with the RFL and the representatives of the RFL and out in place deals that were ignored by the club (but were implemented by other clubs and organisations successfully).

I expect no thanks or recognition for any of the things I have done or tried to do, but I will not sit idly by whilst they destroy the club I do support. Neither will I take criticism from posters on here who are happy to sit by and watch it happen. I don't support a soccer or a union club and I got to NRL games featuring the Warriors because I enjoy the game, but I support London Broncos. The club is being massacred before our very eyes to the extent that a loss in friendly game in France against 8 of the Catalan Squad and 12 non squad players is being seen as a positive, where an announcement over the PA system at half time in a soccer match is a marketing masterstroke and where the fact that the sponsors from 2013 wanted a business/marketing plan and we didn't have one is swept under the carpet.

.......I'd rather ask why the did we find ourselves in that position and why in christ's name are we repeating the same mistakes from the previous 18 years in SL. Tony Rea is on record as saying that DH wanted a partner to assist with the club and seemed disappointed one wasn't forthcoming. I have a theory as to why a partner couldn't be found.......in fact, I have 10,237,673 Theories with each of them representing £1 of losses incurred by the owner of the club in the 5 years to 2012......who in their right mind is going to invest in an organisation that has a megalomaniac holding the purse strings and making no attempt to make things better, but who instead destroys the club in a perverse attempt to make it more attractive to a buyer?
The Guy at Barnet isn't spending a brass farthing this year or next........am I the only one who sees the massive flaw in this arrangement?

There you have it RB. That's how I support the club. I don't sit by idly and hand over £250 a year to witness 13 hammerings and I don't thank my lucky stars we have a team at all. What I do is question the sanity and business acumen of the people at the club, given the current set up since 2008 when IL buggered off has lost close to £13,000,000 and 45% of our fans....including the halving of the number of Season Ticket holders in that period.

Oh, by the way, if you think there's a lot of "me...it's all about me" in the above answer, can I suggest you rephrase the question if you don't like it!
