We scored with an interception from two yards off our line when they had a two man overlap, and then there was the crazy play when Dobson caught the restart off the post, broke over half-way and his support player dropped the pass. It was good fun, but we were lucky to hold on.

Just back from the game. Thought we would walk it being 24-0 up but was nail biting up until the final whistle. Thankfully Dobson missed those 3 conversions to give us a 6 point win. Well done London for another victory under Rea.

Some of our second half defence was utter rubbish - the players clearly on autopilot with the end in sight. Dixon outstanding, Gower and Howell lively; Not many of the others stood out. Even with 90 points scored I felt a strange sense of anti-climax. The season's been a disaster and there's no getting away from it. Any lingering hope of a renewed purpose for 2013 is somewhat extinguished by no news of season tickets or signings. Bah. Frustrating.

Agreed. Sarginson looked furious on more than one occasion about missed tackles - I'll be watching the replays to see if it was him missing them or frustration at team mates.

There were some sublime moments in attack - Gower and (I think) Krasniqi throwing the ball around moments from being tackled into what looked like open space but with a player running onto the ball. We saw hints of that around match 7 or so, hopefully they've found a bit of faith and understanding in each other.

I thought Bailey and Clubb went well.

Interestingly there was no OC yesterday, Sargy given a full 80 at centre and McMeekin long spells. I suspect TR was having a good look to see what we need for next year.

Oh... hadn't realised Dobson was sin binned. Saw him on the bench in front of us in the 2nd half and heard some London boys giving him some stick and him glowering back but thought he'd been replaced. I live & learn.
