I will just be relieved to be rid of the technicolour yawn(ion) shirts that we've had to endure these last 6 years (although must admit that I couldn't resist the Quins latest charity shirt with the firework/flower design. Very Stade Francais).

Yes, a plain black shirt will really appeal to the wider audience. Any new supporters will be storming the club shop to buy such an exciting kit. There gutterfax goes again, dropping in some more 'inside info', this piece even more laughable. What do the players know about selling shirts? Fine, consult them to see if they have any major problems with the final design, but any more than that is a joke. Why did anyone get said to design that, I could have done better on Paint.

I was wearing a Quins Rl top in a pub in Gloucester on monday which sparked a conversation as Quins had beaten Gloucester on Saturday in the heineken cup. I then had to explain it was league and not union. That conversation and the opportunity to spread the word would never have occurred if I had been wearing London Broncos top.

Yeah but you might have had a different conversation along the lines of "London Broncos , who are they, an American Football team?"

I purchased the new home shirt online this afternoon.
It took 3 attempts over a couple of hours due to an
error screen appearing each time I selected the shirt size,
Got there eventually though.

Had initially hoped to purchase over the phone but having explained
my order the woman on the end of the phone replied "Cant you do it online " ?

Was explaining the scenario to a fellow supporter this evening who pointed out that
he had been to a seminar last week where he was advised that "selling was about
making it easy for people to buy"
Sound advice I would say. But clearly not a view held by all those in the business of selling.

Tried to buy on line, wont accept discount code. Rang - woman who does orders only works mornings. its the final day of the discount, they promise to ring me back and give a discount, but.............

When I renewed our season tickets yesterday I asked about the shirt offer and was told it could only be done on-line and that I would receive an e-mail with a discount code (still waiting). Also told that the offer had been extended beyond today.
