Hoping Fev game will have some atmosphere

We have travelled in quite good numbers this season and last, obviously this is a long way and the £25 entry on top of the coach fare doesn't help, but am sure we will bring a fair few.

That said, at previous London-Fev games the Fev fans have tended to either watch near the bar or disperse round the ground so there hasn't been the same atmosphere that we hvae helped create at other away games. The best one for me was the Cup game on a Saturday evening 3 or 4 years ago when there were literally about a dozen Fev fans there (it clashed with a Fev Lions cup game and was one of the few games in recent years when Fev haven't taken at least one coachload of fans) but we still managed to get a mention in the Guardian the next day for one of our chants!

Yep, from memory there has always been a coach or two from Fev when we've played you before. We've got the big stand now and away fans last year used that as a base

I'd say a lot more London fans will be there this Sunday as its a more important game etc. Would be nice to get near a 1000

Think it showed the lack of interest in the cup, well hope that's part of the reason.
The weather was meant to be a lot worse as well which hopefully put a few off.
Was chatting to a bloke from colchester, he drove because of rail service bus replacement did say it was a nightmare. As someone else said bit of a perfect storm putting folk off.
On the other hand there were a fair few York fans made the trip

I attended the hospitality at the York game and it was very good.

Looked to be a reasonable number sat upstairs so the promotion worked to get bums on those seats

They were 4 of us booked for the meal on Sunday - very good it was too but we didn't take up our allcoated seats prefering to stand on the far side as we always do

I am glad to hear that the Hospitality was good last weekend. In the past in my experience, it has at not been all that special.

I would def come see Stanley gene, brilliant bloke. Bumped into him a few years back 2 am in town enjoying himself. Was playing the next day and had a stormer.
