I would think that Mr Beaumont will expect Leigh not only to be in the playoffs, but top or at least second.
He got taken for a ride last season with Leigh being promoted to be fall guys in SL last season, as they were.
Expectations will be high in their part of the world.

Pitts is a product of our academy and played his first two seasons of SL with us.
Eddie Battye is. a Sheffield product.
So that leaves Sid as the sole London produced player on our books.
So by your logic, we should be calling ourselves Wakefield Broncos/Saints/Wigan/Hull/Saints/Rhinos/Sharks/Knights/Tigers/Widnes/Trinity because we also have one player from each of those clubs on our books. Please feel free to ignore the 14 Wakefield Academy players in the first team.  |

Really, Eddie Battye is well respected and Alex Walker was like but just not up to it. I can't recall us signing any others, please don't include Pitts, he's Wakefield born and bread and by his own admission should never have left us. |

Nobody at Wakefield has ever heard of him, he's a total punt. I give him a 50% chance of ever playing a game and a 5% chance of making it. I'll put it in a way you might understand, we have sold over 1000 replica shirts so far, none have the name SID emblazoned on the back of them.

Not your most elegant post and you’ve fallen into the trap of excess of zeal in your language
safe behind the anonymity of the internet but the points you make are right. Sid is a punt by Trinity and only someone on glue would pay a fee for players off contract. My view make the points cogently keep the bile out of it.
