Has anyone referred new ST holders and if so how do you go about getting the playing top they offer for referals?

Trying to order two adult and one junior season ticket and can't get it to update, I get the two adult season tickets but when I select the junior one it tells me my basket is empty. Any ideas how I get around it?
BTW We were Cru supporters so if anyone can help and wants to give me their details as a referrer I'll add them if they tell me how and they can have the top.

Traff-Ring the club on the number on the site-The lady is helpful and it takes no more than 5 mins.
The referrer requires their customer number to receive the top.
