| Quote: tw15 "The difference was
- Rinaldi coming on and injecting some pace, breaking the line
- Gower putting up some bombs we caught
- Kafusi and the forwards punching some holes down the middle
- Right hand defence tightening up
Small crowd and a bunch of drunk Salford ladies by the half-way line can't spoil a good result. Though why travel 200 miles to shout at crowd is beyond me.'"
Good call from a first half of dire play when we seemed dead and buried to the second half comeback. Amazing turn round.

Well done Broncos & thanks for getting that monkey off our backs, best ever come-back in the regular rounds.'"
Yep thanks Broncos, great result.

| This was everything good and bad about the team we've seen this season - a miserable defence with lacklustre tackles at key moments with the opposition knowing where to target. Missing touch with the kick was just dire and such a rookie error, but it was giving away a penalty on almost every set that did it. The one time we didn't give away a penalty we then knocked on 2 tackles into our set.
Then second half we transformed to the team that scored 150 points in 5 matches during March - big runs from big guns, strong in the tackle and not giving away penalties and territory. We put them under pressure like we were the ones winning.
The Salford fans barracking their coaches/players was also not something you want to see, and reading their forum there's bickering and arguing going on even there.
The crowd size is the biggest disappointment, but there was genuine elation at winning and you could see on the player's faces how pleased they were with what they'd done. And not only coming back but eventually winning comfortably so that Salford can't just blame their kicker.
Is there hope of not coming 14th still??

| Worse half of the season, best half of the season. TR miracle worker. Booed off at half-time, worshipped off at full. A game of two halves indeed. Hats off to Gower, Rinaldi and Dixon, and Mr Rea himself. Oh, and some ofthe Salford fans were an entertaining disgrace!

how do you mean ? what happened ?
great result - i'm really not surprised after seeing their impressive display at Perpignan last weekend - they looked a decent side and I couldn't believe the half time score !

I was stood by the gate at the end of the game at the Salford end. Gower was taking the conversion with 23 seconds to go, so the Salford players were under the sticks next to their "fans". I've never seen players barracked like that before, and at the top of their voices. There was f's, b's, c's and w's in various combinations and all could be clearly heard due to the lack of a crowd. Garath Howarth turned round and offered a couple to come down to the pitch to "sort it out". Nothing entertaining in that whatsoever for me. A disgrace to their club and the game

| Great result......a win v Castleford and we're off the bottom. Less said about the worst SL crowd in London ever...the better.
I wish the RFL would hurry up and buy the club...it's getting beyond a joke now

| First time in yonks I've come home happy, indeed beaming, after a London game. The 2nd half performance must be amongst the greatest in the clubs history. Well done chaps and will travel down to The Stoop for that pain in the ar$e (for me) Friday night game against Wire now.

| As others have said the 1st half performance was terrible. It was going along way to finally kill super league in London. 2nd half absolutely unbelievable. Played like a real team. brilliant. The fans really got behind the players. They seemed to mentally click for the first time in the season in the 2nd half. Rinaldi (burrows/roby display) and Randell on for all the 2nd half helped speed things up. Gower (best player we have got) superb positional kicking. Top day out. Going to Cas now.

| Just got home & have to keep pinching myself to make sure I didn't dream that result up.
We were all walking round stunned after that second half display, unable to believe what we had just witnessed.
Congratulations to all concerned, both players & staff. Now start believing in what you can do.

| Still can't make sense of what happened but whatever it was, I like it.
We appear to have two teams, different one played in each half. Just hope that it was the first half squad who were the imposters.
Chris Melling must have made the shortest appearance of his career. Hope he's OK. I thought that the Salford player, Jordan James?, led with the elbow, but there was no penalty and no "on report" signal from the ref.

Hi Jaybs
first of all i have the greatest respect for everyone at London Broncos , only this week theyve been tremendously helpful to me on a couple of matters, but that performance in the first 40 was as so many subsequent posters have said was a shocker- and it was that i was commenting on not the club as a whole- so i stand by every word i said in the first 40 , if youve seen last week's NRC final you'll get my point even if you disagree
im always happy to give Credit and the broncos get top marks for their 2nd half, if you want to draw a similar analogy between Salfords 2nd half and the broncos first 40 then that would be pretty close to the mark and im sure on the 2nd half the reds would have struggled with the top champ sides
strange old game. dont recall seeing a game where 62 consecutive points have been scored all at one end of the park but spread across 70 mins

Wasn't convinced by the Championship ref, but the teams need to play to the rules of whoever is the ref on the day. I was wondering if he had 'instructed' his linesmen not to flag up any forward passes of which there were several including a few from us. He/they obviously have a different view than the folks in the stands.
