| Know someone who can design something like this for us now (for a small fee). I'll be happy to sort out the design, and pass on current funds to someone else if they want to organize it, or will do it myself if people trust me 
Does anyone know when our future is assured? Or do we assume we are safe?

Listy.......always trusted you with my money....I used the same payment scheme as windy 
It would be good if the flag was made..........as for licencing and being safe???? I would suspect that recent "near misses" with money troubles at other clubs, together with the lack of hard hats on buildiong sites would point to Harlequins RL being given another 3 years.....but even if it came to the worst........and the club were to drop down to the Championship for 3 years, the flag would still be great.
