| Deep down everyone knows the Broncos will fall short.
They just like to shoot the messenger & pretend otherwise.

| Depends on your definition of fall short.
Not make SL - Almost certainly
Not make middle 8, Possibly
Even if both those are true there is still a chance to improve on last season and watch some enjoyable games.

| Not making the cut is more than probable I'd say.
Don't see why David Hughes should start bucking his dismal ownership trend now.

| I will happily answer the question, no in my opinion broncos are not effectively playing in the 3rd tier of the sport. The actuality us at the moment they are playing in the 2nd tier. The super 8s split does not change that

| Okay let's try this again.
TECHNICALLY Broncos are a 2nd tier club whilst EFFECTIVELY being a 3rd tier club when it counts.
Got that?
Good.

| So you are finally facing the fact London play in the 2nd tier, what you effectively think is irrelevant the fact of the matter is SL and championship make up 1st and 2nd levels of the pro game, the super 8s are a comp that encompasses the 2 top tiers of the game.
It's a simple concept really

| You're so deluded it is quite literally laughable.
This time next year when Broncos have failed yet again keep clutching that straw they're bigger than they really are.

cartoons/WB24.gif Life is pretty simple: You do stuff. Most fails. Some works. You do more of what works.:cartoons/WB24.gif |

| Well enough is enough. I'm going for repetition.
I'll probably continue to watch the team as I want to watch live rugby league and what is the team I have committed to for the last 20 years. I don't like the situation we are now in. I don't believe half of the things stated by the club however the alternative for me is essentially to give up on the sport. I'm not sure I'd start to invest my time in switching to another team, might attend the odd game but I would essentially be leaving the sport behind. Plenty of others have already left and I don't need another thread to tell me the reasons or the numbers. It's quite obvious why. Others will support the game across all levels, it probably makes them more engaged in the sport as a whole.
This might be the last year of the club or not. We might have a better season or not. The club might start to make steps in the right direction or not. More academy kids might make it as first team players or not.

Well said, some folk just can't understand that, same folk find it hard to cope with fact some of us want to watch rugby, and we don't chop and change just because times have got tough.

1649_1338292262.jpg I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

| Fully agree, it would be so easy for me to drive 10 minutes and go to Saints, never been to their new stadium in fact! Have to be honest and rather than driving down to London for every match last season I did pick and choose, perhaps once a month and nearly every game here in the North, petrol is a lot more dearer these days, most season's from the start I never missed a goal home or away, perhaps France once or twice. But I will defend the game in London and development outside of the North all the time.
Just think if many fans in the North had thrown away their toys from the Pram for so many years the game would have died. So many owners make mistakes, yes it is frustrating, but what can we do nothing!

| The only person who threw his toys out of the pram was David Hughes but you keep backing him to the hilt I expect nothing less.

| Cowgirl what are you on about.
If supporting the team on the park is backing the owner then yes we are backing him, why because we want to watch rugby league in the capital. At the moment without him, there is no broncos.
Not sure if you noticed he is still involved with the broncos so how is that throwing his toys out.
You have quite clearly stated your preference to support another team, go off and support email then and stop whining constantly on here about something you cannot change.

| I also agree, I have one day off a week, I choose to watch Rugby League on that day and my team of choice is The London Broncos, I do not go to support David Hughes, I go to support the team, my team!
Okay times are not good, we can all see this, but we just have to get on with it. What good would it do me not attending games? None at all.
I will continue to attend home games and away games where possible. It is what I and my family do.
Further I object to being called part of a rabble. especially by some freeloader.
