| I still live in the faint/unrealistic hope that there will be plans in the future for the ground to have some development to enable Ealing and Broncos to play top level rugby if the opportunity ever arises. Its all very well saying the ground is big enough for the now, but what happens down the line if the club are ever in a position to play in SL?? Ealing is not even close to being of the standard

Club man spinning the club message.
The military stadium at Aldershot would be a prime location. Good ground, amazing training facilities with running tracks, gyms, combat centres, swimming pools weight rooms....(or event Aldershot FC ground and use military facilities)
Its good enough for the British Lions, Harlequins, Fiji (training wise)
The kids have played there for years.
Nice stand/ground thats very rarely used.

| Wire Quin is referring to the fact Quins RU used to train at Aldershot before moving to Surrey Sports Park. The army did a lot of work in the expectation Quins RU would use it as a non match day base and the GB 2012 Olympics would use Aldershot for their pre games camp. Quins left after two or three seasons. Aldershot was made the location for the pre games training camp but was quickly dropped for a foreign base after leading athletes expressed concern about the facilities and weather.

Part time by 2017....maybe 2018 at a stretch. Still, at least the club will exist.

| Where's the money gone? You had 250k more than a Championship side to start off with in the Championship..

| Paying a full time squad and back room team. There's no way the match day revenues have done that this season given the way the deal with Barnet works. The RFL / Sky money won't have been enough either realistically.

| Well we had our chance at top flight given to us, prematurely in my view, nonetheless the club was still in a position to capitalise and didn't! So we are back to exactly whjere we were before the wholw SL shindig began, now we fought our way to promotion contenders back then, WE CAN do it again!

| I was under the impression that if you get given some money then you spend it, didnt realise that at the end of the season we were still supposed to have it! Where do you think the 250K has gone Atomic? its gone exactly where it was meant to go, running a rugby league club.

......a small subsidy to the oil tycoon who owns the club. Its probably gone towards his hospitality expenses.
This isn't a village team managed by a committee of window cleaners, plasterers and miners. Its a toy for a guy who has oil tankers sailing the oceans of the world.
Do you see the difference?
