As Orange says looks like you can buy on a phone but not PC, Ipad etc. Still there’s 4 more days for them to get it right. Maybe they should just post - walk ups on the day accepted at the Shop - and get a stall set up in the stadium to sell merch. Spectacular effort by all concerned.

You have to ask the question why this website fiasco in terms of ticketing has been going on for nearly a month and hasn't been addressed by:

How difficult can it be ? Selling stuff on the web is done perfectly well by any other business I can think of.

We all like to moan about mistakes big and small from our armchairs but this really is desperate stuff. It’s indefensible for a professional (i.e no run by volunteers) operation to go on like this.

Being positive, assuming this isn’t the end, then things will improve because we really are at a low ebb. Sooner this new person comes in and begins improving basic things the better. Hopefully he/she will have some support as well.

You are assuming that they had applicants, they interviewed, they selected and the person accepted.
You'd be wrong to assume any of this.
