I suspect he may be a volunteer. This sort of role is very competitive and any sensibly paid role would attract people with a lot of volunteer experience. This is probably his foot in the door.

One example, the bloke who does the social media images for Dulwich Hamlet has recently been hired by Liverpool FC to do similar work for them.

Credit to whoever realised the club needed help in this area.

Lets be honest, he has a very low bar to climb. Looking at the clubs social media before he was hired, a 4 year old could do better, so I'm optimistic that it will improve, lets be honest how could he make it any worse than it is at the moment?

Unfortunately he will do as he is told!! Only one person in charge of all that and we know who that is!!
