Think parking will be very much at a premium. Doubt any around the ground at all. One of the problems of a ground in the middle of a housing estate. Suppose you might get away with parking on the trading estate opposite if you shop in Lidl, Wicks, etc.

Thanks for this, my Dad is getting on 80 and not really fit enough for two buses + train, so for us being able to park close is important, have to wait and see I guess, but Public transport not really option for us especially on a Sunday when its a reduced service.
We did use Public Transport when at Barnet, but that was just Train + Tube and he was more healthy then, so was not a big problem... Yes I know we could go without him, but its not the same, I can have a sensible converstion with him, if he is not there I'll be stuck having to listen to my brother argue with Big Cliffy for two hours on Fulham vs Brentford wendyball talk

| Am I understanding this correctly, it is now going to be £120 per half membership plus £10 per game making it £120 per season per person more expensive. Im not complaining as its going to be a lot cheaper for me than my season ticket was but it could be a lot more for families and people on lower incomes and this could stop what little support was have.

| As I see it parking will be a problem at Wimbledon.
The maths do not work for me. Full membership for the nine available games we are probably going to attend.£ 240.
Half membership £ 120 plus nine games at £10.Equals £ 210.
Umm.

| There may be some street parking in side roads off of Garratt Lane. Restrictions are Mon-Fri where Plough Lane meets Garratt Lane.

According to a friend who lives locally there isn't much of it.
In fact first thing she said to me when I said we could be on the move to Plough Lane was ' You'll struggle to find a parking space round there'.

| Yea, Right now our thinking is that we won't purchase a membership at this point, go to the first game which fans are allowed in, and take a view at that point if we want the 1/2 membership, based on parking access.
Its a real shame as he has been looking forward to going back to RL, but he just is not mobile enough for the trains / buses to get there and back (especially as Train is every 30 mins on a Sunday, don't fancy him being stuck at Richmond for long periods).
I'm not pointing any fingers at the club here, they have to do what is best for the club, but we will see what its like when the games actually start

| Let’s hope they have moved into Wimbledon by may 23 ( bulls)
Or we could be playing at Rosslyn park or Richmond. !
They don’t hold many people ... Richmond 4,500 ( 1000seated) rosslyn p. 2000.
Expect some fans may not be allowed in !!!!

| I'd like to know how getting there will work out too. Coming from the Southend area trains on our line on Sundays are frequently replaced by buses so we used to drive to Ealing, where if you were prepared to walk 10 minutes, parking was never a problem. We've had three bronze season tickets for the past few years. I know that was an excellent deal but it's a big old price hike for championship rugby. The journey to Plough Lane by public transport looks a bit convoluted too from here. I'll see, but we might do the odd game when there's a train service, watch the other home games on the stream and do a few more away games. I guess this move was driven by the super league application. Ealing wasn't suitable for that, although the new stand made it far better, but was adequate for championship rugby. I think a danger, as expressed by others, is that it's been a long time since any of us have been to Broncos and some people have got out of the habit. Funnily enough I saw a similar impact at Dagenham and Redbridge football club who, I think, thought people would come flocking in when they were briefly allowed a socially distanced crowd in the Autumn, but only sold half the tickets available.

| £25 for a walk-up? Ouch. Seems like we are doing a nice job of trying to cater for our puny, existing fan base, but already working hard to prevent it from growing.

Not really, most clubs operate on discount for pre bought tickets. You might argue £25 for a Championship game is a bit much but if you look at AFC Wimbledon's 2020/21 ticket prices that are between £22 & £32 for a League 1 game then it doesn't look too bad. If you want to look at Brentford season tickets 2020/21 then for a top Championship club they are charging U18s £74-£124, 18-24s £269-£399 & 19-64s £419-£549 & 65+ £309-£439. On top of that you get to sit in a very ugly stadium.

There doesn't appear to be a discount for pre-ought tickets...?
Fans will be flocking to AFC Wimbledon, they don't need to work nearly as hard as we do to attract support. They have a core of 5k fans already who will be battering the doors down when crowds are allowed in. And plenty of returning fans I'm certain. We barely have 10% of that.
£25 for a Championship game is scandalous. No scope for curious locals, difficult sell to friends. This isn't professional football, it is rugby league, a minority sport. You can't compare the two.
We still don't know where we are playing FFS. We must be the first club in history of professional sport that has announced ticketing details without having a confirmed stadium. Its an embarrassment and indefensible. Major changes needed are needed at the club - same old, same old. The club will never make any progress with Hughes and his cronies at the helm.

I have to agree with Dave L here... In the south we are comparable to basketball/ ice hockey / netball. Adult tickets at Guildford Flames are 16GBP, and I think similar with surrey scorchers basketball... Max we should be charging is 20GBP for walk up's. No point comparing us to football or yawnion in the south east / south west we don't have the presence or interest down here
