Superb team effort. Danny Ward deserves huge credit for the game plan and the players who gave everything for the cause.
I don't agree that Toronto cracked under pressure. We didn't let them play and they had no plan B.

Well done London, a good game to watch and great defense by your guys. So glad you got there and not Toronto, Im interested to see how they go with another season in the Championship. hope you have good first season in SL and avoid the bottom of the league

| Well done guys! I wouldn't have given you a sniff of promotion, before the season started, but you've worked the miracle against all the odds.  Great to see a former favourite, in Tom Spencer, getting back into SL!

HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
