If you don't like the use of the term ground share, kindly provide some succinct alternative wording and I'll amend my post.

| If the Stoop was a groundshare (i.e. you paid money for use of someone else's stadium), then so is the Hive. . Broncos share a home ground with Barnet and London Bees, that to me makes it a groundshare regardless of how the money is split.
The thing that I really don't understand is:
We know the whole admin has been replaced, we know that the new admin emailed thousands of people on a contact list it had been provided from the previous admin.
Why in hell were these people who were season ticket holders last year not on this list? What happened to the list of season ticketholders last year or in earlier years?
I still maintain that the new admin team don't have all of last years details so if they haven't contacted you yet I doubt they ever will. Therefore if you are waiting for the Broncos to contact you before you go again then you are in for a very long wait.
If I was in this position of wanting to see Broncos play and not being contacted then I would be ringing up and asking why I haven't been contacted. Obviously if you are looking for a reason not to go because of what has happened to date then not going because you haven't been contacted is very convenient for you.

The club bunged it up on the internet for all to see.
Hence peeing off the few loyal customers they had left.

We all know this and sadly it helps no one. I fail to see a way forward due to the mistakes of the past compounded by the current issues.

Season ticket holders of long-standing (or, indeed, any standing) shouldn't be receiving general communications, they should be receiving personal contact. They are the easiest fans to convert to sales.
I get the impression that many of these folk are quite rightly fed up of being taken for granted over a long period. Expecting them to do all the running in the relationship with the club is precisely why they are fed up and precisely why they won't contact the club to ask why they are being ignored. Can anyone blame them?
Whoever is marketing the Broncos - the Hive? - ought to follow up every lapsed season ticket holder/regular attendee from 2013 - a simple data merge operation would help identify who's missing in 2014 - and start a conversation with them, perhaps making them an offer for the Huddersfield game. It will soon be too late.

I agree but how do you contact them if you don't have their details?
I would be amazed if the Hive have the details and have CHOSEN not to contact them.

Can't say I blame them but how do you solve it if you don't know who these people are?

Yes it would be simple if the 2013 season ticket list is available to whoevers doing marketing. I just can't see that they wouldn't do this if they had the information.
So the result is one side can't contact the other, and the other side wont come unless they are contacted. Result is a stalemate and less going to games.

| Well Mel, are you stating fact?
Inconceivable that the Hive don't have the most importance piece of data needed in a Ticket-Office, the list of last season's Season Ticket Holders and ticket purchasers. The onus is on the business to seek out the Customer if the business wishes to profit from said Customer, not the other way round in this case. None of the ticket money is going to the Broncos either which is total madness.
Is it possible that David, Gus, Tony and Blake would have sat down with AK and done the deal they did over the ticketing and then hid the Ticket List from him?. What would they have stood to gain from doing that? Sorry if I have misunderstood your post.
I was at the World cup Semi Final at Wembley and sure enough London Skolars have emailed me this week offering me the chance to go and see them in action. Wether they get a hundred or twenty folk to attend, it will be worth their while exploiting this untapped resource of Rugby fans. Skolars understand the concept of bums on seats and monies to them from ticket sales go to them and Rugby.
Surely also an opportunity available to London Broncos and Barnet FC.

I'm not stating fact, just opinion.
Do you honestly think David, Gus, Tony and Blake sat down and discussed the nitty gritty of what information is available\passed?
I don't, I doubt they knew what and where the information was held. I think that they left it to someone lower down the chain to sort out.
So the question we are both asking is if the Hive have this information then why have they not used it. The only explanation I can find is that they don't have the information as we agree the best way of improving take up would've been to contact these people. So the only conclusion I am left with is not that they have received the information and chosen not to use it, but they have not received it. If the Admin staff were all laid off as we are told then who was left to show the Hive where the information is held.
Last time I asked on twitter I asked why last years season ticket holders haven't been contacted yet and I was told they had a list but couldn't use it until data protection issues had been sorted, they then confirmed that everyone on the list they had has been emailed. I can only deduce from this that either they believe all season ticket holders were in that list and are unaware that this contact list does not contain all season ticket holders.

I am an ex season ticket holder and have been emailed the Broncos news letters but I have not been contacted directly about renewing my season ticket which I am not to concerned about if the admin staff wanted to push seasons tickets they could do it through the news letter. My main concern is the cost of a season ticket this year my wife and I were concessions at the Stoop but we do not have this privilege at the Hive. We have complained about the change in the age of concessions but have got no where. Due to Barnet wanting to make more money out of the old season ticket holders by charging more for season tickets I very much doubt if I will go to any matches this year.

| I agree the costs are too high and the membership represents poor value. When the prices were announced for the membership I was very disappointed that they had decided to match the Barnet price structure and not offer a reasonable joint membership.
I have every sympathy with those that have decided not to go due to the price although when compared to what is charged at other Super League clubs it is par for the course.

| Harlequins RFC ticket office has a database of every customer for the last 5 years who bought on-line
SOTIC has an email database
London Broncos/Harlequins RLFC have data on season ticket holders.
LAZINESS is the only thing they are guilty of.

Unless you give permission for another company to use the information you provide then I would expect the Harlequins DB to be protected by data protection.
Do you know where the Broncos/Harlequins RLFC is to ask for the data because as far as I know the whole setup has been dismantled.

| Harlequins R U was a different company who held all of the ticking information of any person buying season or match tickets for Broncos games, so I do not think data protection is a reason for Barnet not being able to use this information. I have never been asked if another company can use my information when ticke4s have been purchased.
