Haha. I remember when you were originally Gus's puppet, telling everyone that you wouldn't judge the Harlequins-to-Broncos re-brand until 3 months into the season or summat even though it was plainly a catastrophe from the start. How times change!

Actually, I was against the rebrand, but I said I would reserve "PUBLIC"judgement until the 3rd home game of the season, which I did. Thereafter, I have spoken my mind when it comes to all things at the club.
As for being anyone's "puppet"....not in this or the next life....as anyone who knows me will tell you.

| Taking away the cheapest tickets will really help attract new fans when all that marketing expenditure kicks in......
I'm slightly surprised they didn't go the whole hog and move us to the safety certificate less Underhill. None of those annoying supporter types to worry about then.

Can any of out Barnet Broncos comment on if they close parts of the stadium for the soccerball or is this just another example of a landlord bending us over and the club willingly receiving???

| Don't think anything is closed at football. The end Wire attacked first is the away terrace for football. Doubt the safety licence would let that be closed tbh.

ah...so because we don't knock lumps out of each other, but instead mix like civilised folk, AK has seen an opportunity to make savings by cutting back on services.
Somebody needs to keep MacKay away from him.......the guy has got form on this front in both Rugby Grounds and Cricket administration...

The club moves to a small stadium and is already closing two sides. Not exactly ambitious is it.

We were told that those b'stards at the Stoop weren't very accommodating and that our new home at the Hive would all be sweet as bro........same way we were told shirts in the shop by the wire game at the latest, regular updates from the club and all the other good news sprinkled with pixie dust that was going to make this year the year of the horse.........
....when in fact it's pretty much as you were....just a few miles up the road
The surprising thing is how many people expected anything to change whilst the same idiots were still in charge

| Terraces still open for the football as tickets available on Barnet's website for away fans. Certainly a cost cutting measure, though given two games are Thursday nights one of which is Catalan crowds unlikely to be immense. Business decision, would make a change for the clubs. Not sure why for a Saturday game with Wakefield they'd close it though.

But getting back to the topic at hand....
We had stand(s) closed at the Stoop and nobody complained. I know the Hive is smaller but unless we're near to capacity of the two side stands I don't see what makes it any different.

If the numbers are low then the terrace is closed for Away fans at football. You can still buy terrace tickets in advance but you are seated in blocks f&g of the west stand when you go as this is the away seated section for football..
If the home attendance is expected to be below 600 then the home terrace and West Stand is also closed and home fans are seated in the East.
