Sorry, I wanted to resist but I can’t.
Hypothetical person G Fax has been watching the Broncos for a number of years. He loved the crack. He provided the Broncos with his contact details and was pleased to regularly receive emails and communications from the club and even had a player phone him up once to convince him to buy a season ticket. The club then went through a few changes and due to incompetence G Fax details were lost / mislaid. The emails and communications dried up and G Fax was very disappointed, but he realised he had a couple of options
1) He decides the Broncos are a complete waste of time because they have stopped communicating with him and decides to spend his hard earned elsewhere.
2) As point 1, but he also takes up the keyboard and shares his issues with the world.
3) He thinks this lack of communication is a pain but is a keen fan and can find out all he needs to on the internet so it’s just another way of information gathering.
4) He buys a ticket on line and assumes his contact details are saved and will be used for future communications.
5) He decides that it is totally unacceptable to cut off the emails and communications as he feels he and his fellow supporters deserve regular club updates, but he decides to do something positive and call the Broncos and give them a piece of his mind and remind them of his contact details.
I wonder which action G Fax took ?

In order to lose something you have to have kept it in the first place.
Unless the public domain is the club's idea of cloud storage.

| Dont worry there is a new back office team in place and focusing on the football club first. Somebody might wake up and release there used to be some people who went to the stoop and bought season tickets in the past.

| Perhaps it's another "London thing"
y'know, up North they can get somebody to do database management for about 18k, perhaps less if they persuade a diehard fan with the relevant skills to do it, but in London your talking 25k plus for the same bod!

Lost or never passed it on to the new admin. If fact who was there you could trust to pass the information on?

Hopefully someone is picking up the e-mails. I've not had any reply to my e-mail pointing out they seemed to be publicising the wrong date for Saints away yet. (It was sent to the e-mail address plugged on the website.) Hopefully no-one bought train tickets for the wrong day.

| I think they are quoting that email to people on facebook so it would be very rubbish if they arent picking it up. The website is awful at the moment with half the info and links wrong. Once they get this online ticketing delay sorted then I assume that'll be next or no one will be there next week.
I understand they are working to tight timescales and struggling to meet them, really hope they get through this. Otherwise I think it may be all over before it even started.
