Maybe it has gone to those that have yet to buy or re-new there tickets. Why would you want a rallying call if you have already bought yours??

As I put on Face book - Slightly smacking of desperation extending the ST deadline and offering it to past ST holders as well (as in not just last season). If there was a brain in the place they might contact all those lapsed ST holders with that offer - assuming they have contact details (but don't hold your breath)

I am not having a dig at the new media manager, I just find it so annoying that over god knows how many years they still seem unable to assemble a data base of fans/ST holder details. The rallying call is talking up the new season and encouraging both existing and lapsed fans to come along and get behind the team......but how do they expect to get the message out (nod to Stevo) if they are incapable of contacting the thousands/hundreds that have passed through the gates over the years. If your a Quins season ticket holder you get a blanket `news`email pretty much every week which will contain latest snippets of info, future match details, links to ticket sales etc....costs zilch and hits thousands. You also get a separate email from the Quinnsa supporters club if you are a member. You can choose to bin all this info if you want, but should you want to use it or pass it on it is simplicity itself.

When you speak to our club office as I did recently in relation to player sponsorship, they do not even have visibility of our season ticket customer number details. The staff are nice and helpful, but they are being asked to work with one arm tied behind their back.

London Broncos need to sort it out and put the business on a professional footing and I am hoping (pleading) that the new media man is the guy to do it. If they can`t be d then DH might as well stick his rallying call up his backside.

Thanks for the nice messages regarding my appointment at the club. I'm really excited about the season ahead working for the club I've supported for many years.

I wanted to respond to some comments about our extension of the season ticket offer. We are looking at contacting previous season ticket holders with this specific offer and David Hughes's article is just the first piece of public info released around this offer. We do have season ticket holder info within our database.

With regards to regular emails etc this is something I'm working on at present so we're ready for the new season. You can expect regular ezines and communications throughout the season.

I won't make a habit of answering specific questions on this forum but feel free to speak to me at any game, starting with our friendly at the HAC.

wow, real communication, maybe this season we may see progress after all!

I think giving our own clubs fans jobs in the back office has a lot positives. One would still expect them to be able to do the job as a first requisite but i believe their understanding of what the fans want from the club is more likely to happen if it is in their remit than just someone who is 'just doing a job'.

I tend to leave buying my ST v late every year, and ive never been contacted by the club to check if im renewing. We have had regular ezines etc. though by email.

Why do you need contacting if you are going to buy it just before the first game?

I dont need a call, i actually got a letter. And letters are nice.
