Well it seems like seasoned pros are getting hacked off with having to play tutor to so many youngsters during the game; Channing, Dixon, Caro, O'Callaghan and even Sarginson make mistakes that are unique to this club, and largely down to being comparably new to the game.

The divide would come first there, in the I signed up to play, not to do the coaching as well. The second would be what am I getting from the coach, how am I growing as a player, when the coach is less experienced than I am. They went into contract negotiations with open eyes and saw best case scenario, unfortunately it has gone the other way and a fractured dressing room may be a possibility.

Get a coach to put an arm around the kids and someone who can elevate the players brought in to improve the side. That doesn't need two coaches, just one who is competent and can do everything necessary to get the extra 5% out of the players and the group, not struggle to juggle the two camps and manage to take at least 5% out of everyone.

List the coaches that can do the job, that are available Now! if that is what you suggest and more important would want to re-locate to London? I still say it is easier said than done!

This review is pointless if carried by Hughes and McKay, because they are part of the problem. It needs to come from someone outside of the organisation, someone who won't be afraid to lay open a few truths, and who has no need to cover up his own role in this debacle.

There are far too many inexperienced youngsters in the three quarters now which is why i said switch Bailey into the centre and use Bolger to cover his place. i would even play Olsi at Centre just to stiffen the defense there. We know where the problems are and Powell should be juggling his players to plug the hole rather than continue with the carnage down the wings. Now the experienced players are obviously browned off with the lack of direction. Its a pity we havn't had Colbon for longer and Golden could have done the same job if not injured, but Powell should have made changes and brought some size and strength to the Centres at least - or am i missing something.

Approx 26 jobs in the world as a top coach-London one of the most favourable cities in the world to live. Full salary cap to spend to. Why wouldnt a coach want that.

At least the club have finally recognised the issue and the frustration of fans in public. As I suspect others on here had done, I had e-mailed the club earlier this week asking wtf was going on.

I agree it is a start, and by implication the problem is not just the coach. Could it make much difference on Sunday, I doubt it. The RFL will also have had a word I suspect.

I make you right WQ. Moreso the No2s. I know one for example that is an assist at an NRL side, coaches the reserves, works in a sports school, has worked with the juniors and U20s, as a development officer and more.

Having worked here for years I still don't get the obsession with hiring an aussie coach as though they know so much more or are magic. Simply mythical.

Is Mal Meninga a great coach? No. Not even remotely. Something that's known over here for years yet more amusingly something that he himself admitted on telly the other morning.
