| did think the comm team on sky were favouring wakey at the start
The big thing for me today was the few times wakey got close to our line how well we defended there!
Little bit of luck to have the vid ref for the Sarge try, on a non tv game I think that would have been seen as a knock on
Good solid basic rugby league from the boys, lets hope we can do the same next week against the auld enemy!
Where are all the complaints about the ref, ah I forget we won we sont have to blame anyone FWIW I thought he had a good game
Stevo bloody annoyed me, when raleigh stepped sideways off the mark Ganson told him he penalised as he was trying to milk penalty with markers, stevo then had go when Ant K stepped fwd 1 step
Just watched dixon backing up the "poacher" brilliant!!!

Fickle this rugby league malarky! Seems if you lose to London then you must be really crap and off with their heads. Let's hope we can do the same for a few others and revert to type. Thursday a much bigger test.

| Why couldn't we have played like that before?
Confident, positive, organised display. Sarginson outstanding. Gower skilfull. Clubb I thought had a stormer. Our defence was much better, aided by some pretty one-dimensional play from Wakefield who just didn't seem up for it.
Fair play to the boys, I was absolutely fuming after Widnes and laid into them and Powell. They've responded in the best possible fashion.

Pushing water uphill: |

| Wakefield were the slowest opposition I have ever seen. They worked some good positions going left, but I think they only got through our line once, and then they threw an interception. Very poor.

Black Backgrounds/Zoot.gif Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently.

| Hell's Teeth - a solid performance by what looked like a competent team - and nilling the opposition for what seems like the first time since Julius Caesar went paddling in the Thames! As far as Thursday's concerned, according to a Widnes supporter on A.N. Other forum who was at the game yesterday, Cats are a physical side (dirty?) who tended to cough up the ball.

| Gower was an absolute class act, constantly knocked the stuffing out of Wakey with his kicking in the first half.
anyone know why Witt stopped kicking the goals?

1649_1338292262.jpg I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

| All round solid as someone said "simple" performance of rugby league, that is how you win and how such as Saints have recovered.
Sarginson was superb! and is class, when I arrived home could not wait to watch how Dixon took his try over and over again.
There were so many Doubters when we signed Craig Gower but tonight he was a real class act.
Now we need to build on this, show that same commitment as last night.

| crowd was down as 2300 ish!!!! more than I expected, but certainly did not look like it
Lets hope a win like that can tempt a few people out on This night
as for le dracs being physical! (does not always mean dirty) then bring it on, as long as we stick to what we did yesterday, and let Clubby/kuafusi/Bryant put some big hits in again and see what happens
Basic rugby and keep hold of the ball, and not too many free mtrs with penalties
Lets Catalan try to get physical and take the penalties off them if it is dirty

| Well rounded performance last night from the London team. Wakefield were awful and your boys picked them apart and made it look fairly easy. The big test will be backing it up against the Dragons on Thursday.

| Great performances all round, particularly Gower; and Clubb never stopped, his MOTM award was well deserved, so many positives to draw from the game
No postings from Listy or DSWG yet, I wonder whose head is hurting more

2300 looked about right to me, the stand that you couldn't see on TV was pretty busy, and decent travelling support from Wakey.

| Gower was superb, been a while seen I've seen a kicking game of that quality from a London side. Hopefully we can take some confidence from that and back it up against Catalans.
