Slightly off mark, but the game will have to be a Friday night or Sunday Afternoon, as Quins union are at home on the saturday, so thats gonna hit the crowds again, the longer we leave to arrange, the quicker all the cheaper train tickets disappear etc, so poor old Dewsbury fans suffer again.

how about a Thursday night, if its gonna be less than a 1'000, it can be anytime, i suppose, we just need to fulfill the game and move on etc,

The game will be 2pm on the Sunday, according to the Dewsbury site (Why the hell are all our Sunday games 2pm? Surely 3pm would be preferable in line with most RL clubs!).

Anyway, doubt there'll be many there although 1500 turned up for the game against Barrow and 3900 for the Toulouse game (that was 2006 when we were still reasonably optimistic of Quins being successful).

Just been confirmed via email from the club, that the game will be on Sunday 15th April @2pm.

However it is an all pay match - even for ST holders. Advance tickets are £10 Adults and £1 Kids! - I think this may affect the attendance somewhat!

Yeah outrageous that a professional club is asking a family of four to fork out £22 to watch them take part in the home opener of one of the most prestigious and historic knock-out competitions in the world

TBF if the fans want to make a protest this would be the fixture to do it.

If it's on TV, gates will be lower than even out modest expectations.

It's going to be a low attendance we know that, Dewsbury is no pulling name in the game never mind our current state.

TBF if the half a dozen or so constant protesters stay away it is not going to make that much difference.

Not a protest, just no interest in watching such a poor match.

I'll be there. Could be the only game this season that I'll enjoy a comfortable win.

£10 a ticket is fair, imo.

There are a lot of things where you can have a go at the club but ticket prices isn't one of them. It was £22 to watch Widnes, and AFAIK we charge £15, the lowest in SL is it not?

This is definitely the game to do some sort of promotion to get people in. Low gate anyway, but as close to a guaranteed win (Even a walloping) as we are going to get all season, so we might get some more for the next game.
We always lost the 'special' games as Quins. This is definitely a game that should be targeted.
